I. Executive Summary (Business name, location, product or service, and purpose of your business)

In everyday life, 24 hours often seem insufficient, particularly for those who work in workplaces or
who supervise their own businesses. The envisioned name for the business is "Lavana Laundry," which
suggests that even though individuals lack the time to do this task, Lavana Shop will do it for you. The store
will be located next to RODLEA BLDG Kantong Pag-asa Bamban, Tarlac. Lavana is a laundromat-style laundry
service where customers drop off their clothes in person and allow the staff to wash, dry, and iron them.
customers can also opt to have their items picked up and dropped off by staff members to ease their
workload. Technically, clients will only need to make a payment and relax. In part to the Municipality of
Bamban's continuous growth and development, people have become more meticulous about their
garments and linen, especially when showing up in public. Since people typically make use of costly clothes
during these times, there's a higher demand for clothing servicing, which at first broadens the marketplace
for laundry services.

Our shop will open at 6 a.m. and closes at 8:00 p.m. every Monday through Thursday. It will operate
a 12-hours operation from Friday to Sunday. Considering that most customers clean most of their laundry
on weekends. Danica O. Apipi will manage the daily operations of the Lavana shop. This is an overview of
the services we offer in our shop: pick-up and drop-off, self-service laundry, dry cleaning, ironing, folding,
and packaging of clothes, and we also offer coffee and snack bars, a playground for children, big-screen
movies, and free Wi-Fi.

Our vision is to establish the fastest-growing laundry service in Bamban, Tarlac. On the other hand,
our mission is to establish a laundry shop with an innovative facility in Bamban that will not only serve the
needs of its customers but also go above and beyond their expectations. This shop aims to offer its
customers with a fast, fresh, and clean laundry. It involves using innovative laundry machines and dryers.

Lavana is on track to emerge as one of the top laundry services in Bamban, Tarlac, thus it must
establish an excellent foundation and organizational structure that will allow us to achieve our objectives
and goals, which includes hiring exceptional and productive employees. They are our primary priority, thus
we will make sure that before hiring anyone, we look for applicants who suit the description of the business
that we want to establish. In a nutshell our aim is to build a team, or a team of dedicated employees, that
will collaborate to help the organization reach its goals. Lavana will be recruiting employees to manage our
coffee café and snacks bar, as well as our children's play grounds, and among other things. Lavana will hire
competent people that concentrate on helping customers to take on the following positions: 3 Laundry
Attendants, 2 Coffee Café and Snacks staff, 1 Children’s Play Ground staff, Cashier, and Delivery Boy.

Generally, busy families, and full time employees are our target customers from our service offer.
We intend to provide our Lavana laundry service to everyone who doesn’t have a time to do laundry
specially busy families, and employees. In the area around Kantong Pag-asa Bamban, Tarlac, there are only
4 laundry facilities. This merely indicates that the business endures increased rivalry. Our advantage
to other laundry shop facility includes extra complimentary services, which allures and keeps
our customers.

Lavana can take satisfaction in having an innovative laundry facility with the most modern and easy
to use laundry equipment, comprising washing machines, dryers, industrial irons, etc. For us to establish an
efficient children's playground, a coffee and snack café, and among other things that is we specifically
selected a big facility.

busy families and individuals looking for a one – stop laundry solution while enjoying a relaxing coffee break
and providing an entertaining space for children. In this modern world, individuals are constantly seeking
for an alternative way to make things easy and make the most of their limited time. From laundry services
to a cozy café and indoor playground, we offer an array of features and characteristics that aim to enhance
the overall customer experience. One of our primary offerings is our state of the art laundry services. We
understand the significance of clean, well maintained clothes in our daily life. To that end, we have invested
in the latest washing and drying machines, ensuring efficient and effective cleaning of clothes. Our
professional laundry attendants are committed to deliver expert care for your care garments, with regular
and specialized laundry services. We can do dry cleaning as well as delicate garment.

Furthermore, we are dedicated to sustain consumer satisfaction by providing eco-friendly and


hypoallergenic detergent options to fulfill individual’s demands. In addition to laundry services, our

Our location will be located next to RODLEA BLDG, because it’s near in a residential area. Being close
to residential areas is advantageous as it makes my laundry service convenient for local residence
who needs regular laundry service. High traffic areas with good visibility can attract walk – in
customers. We also ensure that it is accessible to ensure easy access, parking, and proximity to
public transportation.

Our prices may differ for wash and fold, dry cleaning, or specialized services like delicate garment
cleaning. Lavana Laundry pricing also based on per pound or by the load.

contact information. Lavana Laundry shop utilized social media platforms such as Facebook,
Instagram, and Twitter to engage with potential customers.

Our stuff will be trained both in both cafe, playground for kids, and laundry areas to enhance
customers experience and to have a good feedback to others. Our ideal customers are busy
professionals, families, or students based on demographics, behavior, and needs. Moreover, we will
also try to understand our customer’s laundry habits, preferences, and pain points.

Lavana laundry service will invest in high quality, branded packaging for customer orders, such as

Our very own Lavana laundry service surely maintain a well-organized inventory of laundry
materials, including detergents, fabric softeners, stain removers, and packaging materials. Not just
in our laundry materials but also including our café and playground materials to ensure safety and
relaxing time in our Lavana Laundry Shop. We will ensure that all materials meet quality standards
and are suitable for the type of laundry service we offer.

Our service ensures to implement daily equipment inspections to identify and address any issues
prompt. Encourage staff to report malfunctions or irregularities. Creation of comprehensive list of
