RECEPTIONIST: This is the Massage clinic good morning!

CLIENT: I’m calling to make a reservation for tomorrow.

RECEPTIONIST: oh Sure Ma’am. Please give me your name. is this for only one person

CLIENT: My Name is Lily and I would like to make a reservation for 2 people. Can we have a
discount for 2 people?

RECEPTIONIST: Yes ma’am. We have a promo for couples for this month. Our regular price for one
person is 7 dollars but for our promo, you only have to pay 10 dollars for two.

CLIENT: That is good. What time are you open?

RECEPTIONIST: We are open from 9am to 7pm. What time would you like to come?

CLIENT: we will be there at 5pm. Thanks

RECEPTIONIST: See you and you are welcome.

Receptionist: Good morning and Welcome!

Client: I booked a reservation for a couple.

Receptionist: May I have your name please?

Client: My name is Lily and my reservation is at 5pm

Receptionist: oh yes I see it and you availed of our couple’s promo service.

Please make yourself comfortable. These are your towels and robes. Kindly follow me in
the massage room.

Client: is it okay if we can be in one room. We are husband and wife. And is it okay to not remove my
clothes?

Receptionist: yes Ma’am. You got a couple’s promo so you can be in one room for the service. And yes, if
you are not comfortable removing your clothes, you can have them on while having the massage.

Client: okay Thank you very much. How long is the time span of the massage service?

Receptionist: It will be one hour for all our massage services. Here is the catalogue so you can choose
the massage service you would like to have. Please just wait here, a complimentary tea will be served
before and after your massage.
We have various kinds of tea. What would you like?

Client: What is your special?

Receptionist: we have Chamomile tea to make you feel more relaxed and Green tea for detox. Our
customers love it.

Client: then we will have one of each.

Receptionist: Okay. Just tell the massage therapist your choice of service. Do you need anything else?
You might have other questions.

Client: That’s all. thank you.

After the massage


Client: can we pay by cash?

Receptionist: yes ma’am. We accept cash as well as credit cards.

Client: okay I hope you have a change for $500 bill. I need some small bills for the bus.

Receptionist: Yes ma’am. This is your change for $500. Please come again next time.

Client: Yes we sure will come again.
