Graduated from Universidad Cesar Vallejo (UCV) with a degree in Business Administration, age 42. He is not

Administrator, but due to the fact that they did not comply with the established commitments (payroll and bonuses)

GENERAL OBSERVATIONS:

The evaluated person attended the interview at the scheduled time with his resume. During the interview he was
cordial, responding appropriately to the questions posed. He tends to ask questions when something is not clear to
him. His tone of voice is modulated and he maintains a steady gaze. He says that he wants to work in the company
that allows him to develop professionally and achieve everything he has planned.

At the personality level he is lively, spontaneous, active, confident, practical and enthusiastic. He is
persevering, responsible, fast, honest, adaptable, innovative and creative . He is independent, has
persuasive skills, competitive and willful behavior. It has a high level of performance, but this can be
reduced if there is a very high level of stress.
