I. Introduction

Printmaking is a simple yet interesting way producing several prints of an image or design. This
allows you to transfer the same print to different materials like paper, cloth and cardboard.

In this module, you are experience the art of printmaking using different materials. And you are going
to design artworks showing lines and shapes in a rhythmic pattern. As you go through in this module
you are going to fined the answer on the question “How are you going to create prints with repeating,
alternating or contrasting color or size or texture using construction paper”? Get ready for the new topic.

Activity 6: Veggie print

You are going to make a veggie print using potato. Have another person prepare in advance the design on
potato to avoid cuts. Then dip the potato in to the paint then transfer it on a piece of cloth. Take a picture before
and after you doing it, and send the picture on messenger.

Look at the example of pizza below. Using clay or art paper, make a pizza figure. Send your work through
messenger.

When creating a sculpture project, children are able to develop their fine motor skills. Sculpture help children
express themselves, develop the skills communication and problem solving. In this activity, get a popsicle sticks
and create and paste a house on a space provided below.
