For completion of my risk assessment I visited the site but before visiting the site I studied
the HSE policy documentation and ILO health and safety documentation about
construction companies and then went to the site where construction work was carry out.

I visited the site at day shift. There were workers who were working for completion of that
construction project. I talked to the manager, project supervisor, safety manager, workers
and shift in charge these persons helped me for getting in and making my information
clear about the health and safety and hazards. I also asked for health and safety policy of
the company and saw either all the rules were being followed by the workers and
company. I observed there were many hazards which were unnoticed by the workers that
can cause serious incident. Safety condition of the organization is valuable but hazards
were present during my visit.

I have planned the schedule to visit the organization after one year as per the policy of
organization. I will visit the organization on 8 th June,2022 for review of risk assessment or in case of
any accident/near miss. Reason for my visit will by to review the safety condition of the organization
which is according to the policy of organization.
I have planned that I will arrange a meeting with supervisors and safety manager. I will talk them
about the condition of safety measures in organization. I will make them aware about the further
safety measure for improvement of safety condition. I will talk them to give them suggestion about
safety condition of organization. I will use all type of analysis for better understanding of the
authorities. I will upload my risk assessment findings on intranet system of organization. After this
discussion I will make workers aware about the hazards and risk assessment findings.
I will visit the organization personally and make observation about the safety conditions of
organization. I will make keenly observations to get relevant information. I will notice either the
safety measures are being followed and implemented in organization or not. If these control
measures are not implemented inside the organization then I will talk to the supervisors and
organization managmnet authorities to take serious step in this regard. I will talk to GM if these
persons will not follow my recommendations. I will make him aware about organization safety
condition and hazards which can cause accidents inside the organization.
