Health and safety law one of priorities in the giad motor company and all employee work to make that
happen and we set policy and instructions to provide the performance of the organization .
If the organization braking health and safety law can be investigated by health and safety officer and
if the officer find any breach they can use any enforcement action to improve standards or prevent
the organization from carry out certain work the officer of health and safety can prosecute the
organization or individuals how is responsible directly from health and safety in company Managing
Director and safety engineer in criminal courts if the accident is fatal and that is would be fined and is
some time can be fined and jailed .
If the organization fails to manage health and safety properly is that when accident or ill health occur
the organization is going to be sued in the civil court for compensation .

The main financial reason to manage health and safety in the organization is that accident and ill
health and diseases cost the company a lot of money ,and we have two type of costs when a have
accident or ill health direct costs represented in first aid treatment ,sick pay ,lost or damaged in
equipment or vehicle ,fines ,etc..
Indirect cost that which of consequence of the event like loss of staff morale ,loss of good will of
customers and the customers can go to another company because is feer from accident in their cars ,

The likelihood of workers infection to covid 19 is very high especially when is failure of commit in
preventive measures
The severity well be major –hospital treatment or catastrophic –death above in 60 years or they have
any respiratory disease like asthma .
If the all workers take vaccine that will make the everyone is safe and no one can get any infiction of
covid 19 the impact is everyone is safe,
I give timescale with in (two month ) to make sure every worker take vaccine and Procedures for
arranging to do the test of PRC to make sure is safe and the company provide the vaccine and the
recomaned and remove fear from the employee by the mangers take the vaccine first I think the

The action is not fully control the risk because they have something in exhaust gas in air definitely
but I can reduce the emissions can block form 60% to 90% from a total gas emissions in air .

Co2 firefighting system in workshop and the side of oil change the hazard ( fire )
The international labour organization ILO in convention C155 ,The aim of the policy shall be to
prevent accidents and injury to health arising out of, linked with or occurring in the course of work,
by minimising, so far as is reasonably practicable, the causes of hazards inherent in the working
environment.
The likelihood of is high-possible to one of employee or visitors depends on this control in giad
company .
Severity is major – hospital treatment is caused (breathlessness or smoke suffocation and skin
burns ) and if system is Failure in some point the severity can be catastrophic – death or disability
injury .
The co2 gas is safe for human and It does not affect human health when exposed to it for a short
period of time.
I give him (8 month )to import materials and search for the appropriate company to install the system
and test the effectiveness .
If the control can be co2 firefighting complete system with smoke detector It can reduce fire to a large
extent .

side I need to tell the managers is for duty to keep the workers safe and the is connected to
implement the risk assessment to avoid the legal issue .
I follow up the risk assessment by internal inspection of giad company and explain the action to take
representatives and let the representatives who notified you of the inspection have the opportunity to
inspect again so they can check if the issues raised got appropriate attention, and record their views
I will discuss the follow up of action with department managers every manager of department each
one and I will consider what they say .
I put time (7day) to the actions to be appropriate and reasonable to act and explain to safety
representatives writing to record .
