1. Do personal research and preparations in order to meet what a company may
look for. This also includes preparing oneself for the different tests that the
company may conduct in its hiring process. One’s honesty must also be
observed so that he stays true to who he really is, not altering any part of him just
to fit what the company is looking for.
2. Ensure that all documents and requirements that the company may ask for are
complete and prepared. This includes having extra copies to refrain from any
mishaps.
3. One must prepare himself for the outcome. Be it positive or negative, it must
serve as a learning experience for future job applications to be done.
