    22 The meeting started at 12:00 noon with Ramel E. Salilin presiding. An opening prayer
    23 was led by Mrs. Ma. Theresa F. Casnindo.

    Issues and Concerns Discussion/Action
    Participation in the IP Day It was agreed that select grade 3-6 learners
    Celebration composed of 10 will present a tribal dance
    during the IP Day Celebration on October 20,
    2023, at Bislig City Cultural center. The
    school Head and the IPED coordinator will
    also join in the said activity.
    Reassignment of The school head assigned the teachers with
    Coordinatorship their respective coordinatorship for the
    implementation of the different programs
    and projects of school.
    Accomplishment Reports The coordinators of the different PAPS are
    Submission requested to submit updated
    accomplishment reports to the division
    office.
    Strengthening the School Clubs The class advisers were encouraged to
    organized Science, Math and English Club in
    order to develop the learners’ potentials in
    different areas.
    Participation in the BSP/GSP The focal persons of BSP and GSP are
    Encampment requested to register their scouts and make
    some preparations for the upcoming
    encampment.
    Schedule of Non-Graded The teachers agreed to have their graded
    CO/Graded CO observations on October for the first quarter
    as this is one of the requirements for the
    granting of PBB.
