PANCAKE RECIPE

Ingredients:
1 cup all purpose flour 2 tablespoon sugar ½ teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon baking powder 1 cup milk 1 large egg
2 tablespoon melted butter 1 table spoon vegerable oil

1. In a medium bowl, mix altogether the milk, butter and egg properly.
2. Add flour, sugar, salt and baking powder. Combine thoroughly until
there is no more lumps.
3. Heat the pan. Brush it with oil or butter completely.
4. Slowly pour 2-3 tablespoons of the butter onto the pan.
5. Cook until bubbles appear. Flip carefully with thin spatula.
6. Serve the pancake.
