Community Centre for Udghosh’23

We are writing to formally request your esteemed permission for the utilization of common rooms
within CC during the forthcoming Udghosh - Annual Sports Festival, scheduled to be held from
6th to 8th October 2023. Udghosh is a prestigious event that draws participants from all corners
of the nation. As the Hospitality team for Udghosh, it is our responsibility to ensure that our
esteemed guests receive the highest standard of accommodation and hospitality during their
stay.

In order to finalize our arrangements, we kindly request the following information from your end:
1. The pricing details for the above-mentioned rooms.
2. Confirmation of the availability of these rooms from 6th to 8th October 2023.
3. Allowance of putting mattress in the rooms on 4th October.
4. Permission of the entry of students and officials to be accomodated from 5th October.

Having this information at our disposal will enable us to plan and allocate accommodation
efficiently, ensuring a seamless and comfortable experience for our guests. Thank you for
