1 INTRODUCTION
1.1 GENERAL PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Central Termica de Temane Plant is a 450 MW Gas-Fired Combined Cycle Power Plant in 5x1 multi-shaft
arrangement, designed to provide safe, highly reliable, efficient and low-cost electricity. The Project will
supply power using natural gas supplied from the Pande-Temane fields.
The Plant will be based on the following main items:
• Five (5) Gas Turbines-Generators

• Five (5) Bypass Stacks
• Five (5) Heat Recovery Steam Generators
• One (1) Steam Turbine-Generator
• One (1) Air Cooled Condenser
• One (1) double bar 400 kV Substation.
• Process and Non-process Buildings
• Balance of Plant (BOP)
• Associated Civil Works, Transportation, Electro-Mechanical Erection and Commissioning
The Plant will be located in Temane/Mangugumete area, Inhassoro District, Inhambane Province,
Mozambique. The site is approximately 40 km North-West of the town of Vilanculos.
1.2 PURPOSE
The purpose of this document is to define and establish the procedure to be followed for documents and
communication coding between the different parties involved in the Project.
1.3 CONFIDENTIALITY
Any document exchanged, whether in digital format or on paper, (including this specification) shall be kept
in strict confidentiality by the receiving party. It is strictly forbidden to extract or reproduce any part of said
documents.

1.4 DEFINITIONS
Communications: Information transmitted normally once, regularly by email.
Document: Information related with the technical or commercial content of the Project, which after its first
submission, it usually needs to be updated as revisions throughout the Project lifetime. This classification
includes drawings, specifications, schedules, calculations, etc.
Documentation: All Project documents.
Code: It concerns the identification code given to a document or communication.

2 CODIFICATION SYSTEM
The main type of information that are encoded are the following:
• Communications.
• Project documentation (drawings, minutes of meetings, etc.).
• Files
2.1 COMMUNICATIONS CODIFICATION
All communications between the different companies, such as Employer or Employer’s Engineering Office
and TSK, as well as TSK´s internal or with its vendors and subcontractors will be codified according to the
following scheme:
002087- EEEE-RRRR-YYYYMMDD-NNNN-TT: Subject
Where:
002087: is the reference code for the Project. It is fixed in all documents.
EEEE: is the issuer code according to Table 1: Issuer Codification
RRRR: is the receiver code according to Table 1: Issuer Codification
YYYYMMDD: is the communication date. The order to be followed will be always

2.2 DOCUMENTATION TRANSMITTAL NOTIFICATION
TSK will notify to CLIENT on daily basis the new documents available in ENOVIA, by an automatically email
(transmittal). The distribution list to be implemented in these notifications will be agreed between the parties
at the beginning of the Project.
The Transmittal e-mail will be coded according to the following scheme:
002087- DDD- EEEE-RRRR-YYYYMMDD-NNNN
Where:
002087: is the reference code for the Project. It is fixed in all documents.
DDD: Is the discipline or folder code of documents transmitted according to Table 2: Discipline Code
EEEE: is the issuer code according to Table 1: Issuer Codification
RRRR: is the receiver code according to Table 1: Issuer Codification
YYYYMMDD: is the communication date. The order to be followed will be always

YYYY(year)MM(month)DD(day).
NNNN: sequential number.
2.3 DOCUMENTS CODIFICATION
The document code shall be as specified below:

Where,
EEEE: is the issuer codified according to Table 1: Issuer Codification
002087: Is the reference code for the Project. It is fixed in all documents.
AA: This refers to the project Area. In the case of Temane Project the unique Area would be 00 GENERAL.
DDD: This code refers to the discipline. The potential disciplines are listed in Table 2: Discipline Code
TT: This refers to the document type to which the document belongs to. It will correspond to one of the ones
listed in Table 3: Document Type Code

2.4 FILES CODIFICATION
Files corresponding to drawings or documents shall be assigned with its code defined as per section 2.3,
followed by a hyphen and the correspondent revision number with two digits, starting always on 00, so the
file name will be assigned as follows:

Where:
RR: Revision number of the last update, starting always on 00.
A: TSK internal version of the last update, letter from A to Z in alphabetical order.
Note: All the revisions of each document will be issued to the Employer in the last TSK internal version, the
intermidate versions of each document revision are related to the TSK document internal review process and
will not be issued to the Employer.

2.4.2.1 Lenders documentation review procedure
Lenders documentation will be reviewed through ENOVIA platform by following the next steps:
• TSK Will upload a document in ENOVIA

• CTT will receive a notification, and will review the document
• CTT will revert with the document status which may be commented or not
o In case the document is commented TSK will upload a new revision of the document
• CTT will notify TSK the document is ready for Lenders submission
• TSK will copy the document on ENOVIA’s Lenders Folder and notify by email transmittal the
document is ready to be checked by Lenders
• CTT will Launch a manual transmittal to Lenders notifying the documents are ready for their
revision
• Lenders will review the document and send the comments to CTT
• CTT notifies manually TSK the document status
o TSK reviews the document if necessary
2.4.3 Files Codification for Reviewed Vendors Documents by TSK
In case of vendor documents reviewed by TSK, the file will be coded as follows:

2.4.4 Drawings
Drawings or documents containing multiple sheets shall be compiled into one single file. There will be a sheet
per tab and each tab will indicate “Sheet x/n”, where x is the number of the correspondent sheet and n the
number of total sheets making up the drawing.
There first sheet, 0, will be always an index of the drawing document. This index will indicate the description,
the actual revision of each sheet and the revision date. In the index, the sheets that have been revised will
be indicated clearly. Drawing document revision will be the same as the highest revision of the document
sheets.
If the revision of the document only affects some sheets of it, the complete document will be issued, including
the sheets that have not been revised.
