System of Play :- The Tournament will be played in Swiss League System & will be played in All Separate Group.
Tournament :- Open ( Morning to Evening)
Groups Morning Session - Below 1200, U-07, U-09, U-12 & U-15
Afternoon Session - Below 1500, U-08, U-10, U-13 & U-16
No. Of Round :- OPEN GROUP - 8 round
Morning Session & Afternoon Session - 6 round
Time Control :- Open 15 Minutes to each player with 05 Sec Increment / move.
Morning & Afternoon Session 10 Minutes to each player with 02 Sec Increment / move.

Players Meeting :- 23 July 2023 at 8:30 AM after that 1st round will start & Afternoon Session Starts at 02.15 PM
Prize Distribution :- 23 July 2023 at 7:00 PM
RULES & REGULATIONS
1. Tournament will be conducted as per Latest FIDE and AICF rules.
2. In case of any dispute, Chief Arbiter’s decision will be Final and Binding to all.
3. All the prize winners must attend the Prize Distribution Function, If not then prizes will not be
handed Over to anybody else and prize will be forfeited.
4. The organiser reserves the rights to admit or refuse any entry without assigning any reason thereof.
5. They also reserve the rights of admission to the venue.
6. Organizer has every right to make any addition or amendments to their rules, without notice. Such
Changes however displayed in the tournament hall.
7. Entry fees once paid will not be refunded
