    The hydraulic system of a bowl cleaning machine was tested for M/S MECON LIMITED. The system was pressurized to 120 bar continuously and 180 bar for 5 minutes. Each section of the valve stand was operated at 120 bar pressure for 10 minutes. All joints and interfaces were checked for leaks. No leaks were observed and the system performed satisfactorily.

    DURING TESTING

    The above bowl cleaning machine’s hydraulic system was tested based on the hydraulic circuit as
    specified with continuous working pressure 120 Bar and Test Pressure 180 Bar for 5 minutes.
    Each Section of the valve stand operated for 10 minutes at 120 bar pressure. All the assembled
    valves interfaces, pipe fitting joints were checked. No leakages were observed during testing and
    found satisfactory performance of the system.
