INITIAL TRAINING (CWO5 Stonks2nd)

Welcome to the United States Defense Force. Over the next 15-20 mins I will conduct
your introduction to USDF, please stay seated unless asked. During this training, you
will discover what you can do in the biggest military on Habbo, which is home to 400+
Habbo users from all around the world. I am your instructor for today, CWO5
Stonks2nd.
RULES
1. Obey the Habbo way - no swearing or bullying
2. Don't self-promote or work at another military or agency (Roleplay okay)
3. If you need to step away, use AFK row via red doormats
4. Have fun!
Log in every 14 days to stay active; otherwise, you may need to re-enlist. If you need
more than 14 days off, please ask for assistance.
Your primary job is to help recruit people to USDF. It's important to welcome guests
that have entered the room, as well as ask if they need assistance. Once someone sits at
your desk, ask them to:
1. Choose branch to join. [US Navy], [US Marines], [US Army] or [US Air Force]
2. Join USDF Supporters Badge (3 hearts)
3. Remove accessories and ensure neat hair
4. Tell them to line up at sentry for training, it should begin within 5 minutes

TERMS AT HQ
1. FTF (Fill the Front): find empty seat in the front row and start recruiting
2. AFK: required to go to AFK area (not rest and relax)
3. Stand at ease: you can speak at attention, but remain standing
4. Info desk: desk on left of working floor in HQ to ask any questions you might have
5. DDO (Duty Desk Operator): desk at center of HQ. They ensure HQ runs well. You
can
also request additional training.
6. Battle cries: OOH RAH Marines, HOOAH Army, HUAH Air Force, HOOYAH Navy

Throughout your time at USDF, you'll have the opportunity to attend more informative
sessions to help you learn and progress as a member of USDF. We call them FEATs
(Further Education and Training). Completing them will not only teach you about
USDF, but also open up more opportunities and responsibilities as you progress in
USDF. You may request them from the DDO by whispering which FEAT you're eligible
for. FEATs will always be announced in HQ in green, so pay attention!

ATTENTION PROCEDURE
One of the most important procedures in HQ. If you see someone shouting
ATTENTION or ATTENTION ON DECK in red, immediately stand in front of or
behind your chair. Don't move or speak! If you were not at front row when it is called,
don't join in! When you see AT EASE, AS YOU WERE or CARRY ON, sit down and
resume duties.
USDF is a close community and there are many activities you can partake in. At E4
(rank 4), you can join offices that allow you to complete various different duties, such as
training, radio broadcasting, foreign affairs, investigation and more. At E5 (rank 5), you
can join extracurricular teams such as football, Titans, and military drill or JDT. To learn
more about offices, be sure to attend FEAT U at E4.
After graduating here, your promotions are very easy. You can earn E2 by working hard
or completing FEAT R (Recruitment Supervisor). Additionally, you may receive promos
for food activity and attending training sessions.
Coins are given out for dedication and hard work. Regular pay starts at E4 (rank 4).
Regular pay is given out based on performance at the end of the month. Random pay is
sometimes given out in headquarters to those who are active. Games are regularly
hosted in HQ with opportunities to win prizes such as Habbo coins and items.
Remember to uphold USDF's core values of Honor, Courage, Commitment!

GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS (AnthonyS1337)

Welcome to FEAT G: Good Communication Skills. You'll learn one of the key aspects
and foundations of USDF, which will assist you daily when interacting with personnel
and civilians.
At USDF, communication skills are vital to ensure that everyone has a positive
experience. When you take a deeper look into what proper communication skills are,
you find there are ways to ensure you come across in the best light possible so that you
are positively received. They can be demonstrated through various ways, such as
Activity, Feedback and Honesty.
We'll be going through three main skills applicable to you. Not only do they help you at
USDF, but they can also benefit you outside, so take note.
Patience is key when carrying out duties or interacting with others. For instance, if the
enlisted you're training struggle to step into a teleporter, rather than getting frustrated at
their problem, demonstrate patience and calmly explain the situation, perhaps
differently so they can understand more easily. Getting frustrated at the person for not
understanding what you're saying or being slow will reflect badly on yourself and
USDF as a whole.
It is important to take note of how we address those of equal rank, subordinates and
superiors. This is outlined by the Proper Address Procedure, applicable regardless of
rank.
- CWO or Officer: Sir, Ma'am: If they request you to call them by rank or name only,
respectfully do so.
-Referrals in conversation: If you're referring to an officer or warrant officer indirectly
(for example in conversation), refer to them by rank and name (ex: You were just
promoted by Second Lieutenant Eren, instead of Second Lieutenant Eren Ma'am,
because it doesn't make sense in context).
Everyone else should be referred to by ranks. For example, if given an order by a
Sergeant, respond with "Yes, Sgt". Keep in mind it's a lot to remember and we don't
expect perfection. You'll be corrected if you make mistakes, and it's important to learn
the correction for the next time. Visit Info Desk if you have any questions regarding
addressing personnel after this.
Professionalism and politeness are closely linked. If you're impolite to someone, you
aren't acting professionally. Manners such as 'please' and 'thank you' when requesting
FEATs go a long way, and people will form a much higher opinion of you if you act
politely.
In short, looking out for people and being nice to them goes a long way at USDF, so
make sure you establish yourself as a polite individual, and it may be recognized.

ONLINE SECURITY (AnthonyS1337)

Welcome to FEAT J: Online Security. This training will show you how to keep your
account on Habbo safe.
Some Habbo players' main intention is to build profiles. They can range anywhere from
where you live, relatives' names, pet names and even IPs. These people will often use
this information by posting it online. There are many ways you can prevent yourself
from becoming a victim.
- People may bring up personal information in casual conversation to get information.
You should always be aware of the conversation you're holding and the answers you're
giving. Never fully give out your name, location, relatives' names, social media
accounts or e-mail. Keep Habbo and real life things separate.
- If you give out an e-mail address linked to your account, this could be harmful. If they
know your address, your account could get compromised. If you open an e-mail and
click on anything from Habbo users, it could be a potential link to compromise your
account. The offender can get access to other personal info. An example is bank account
numbers. You should never click or visit anything you aren't familiar with.
- You should be made aware of a common security risk USDF personnel encounter from
time to time. If you ever receive a message on Habbo stating that you have placed top
ten on an external site, don't visit the link. These hackers are trying to ascertain your
Habbo details for when you login. If the message is from a friend, be aware that they
have fallen victim to the scam, and it is the hackers giving you an unsafe link through
their account. If that friend works at USDF, it's best to bring it to the attention of a CWO
or Officer at the Info Desk at HQ.
- While online, it is highly recommended that you have a third party antivirus software
(e.g. Malwarebytes Anti-malware, BitDefender...), and that you're using a VPN.
Antivirus software will protect your computer from threats, warning and acting to
quarantine or destroy threats before impacting the system. While it protects your
computer, it is not 100% effective, and unsafe online practices can result in your
computer becoming infected. VPNs help mask your IP while online, therefore
increasing your anonymity. Their use is recommended because if someone obtains your
IP, they won't be able to view the real IP, because it is hidden by the VPN.
- Sometimes malicious content can be promoted through advertisements, so an ad-
blocker can be used to block them out. While we do not endorse any particular kind,
they can be found in the store or extension sections of most browsers.
In a nutshell, every bit of information you give out could be used against you. Whether
it be someone building a personal profile, or gathering information to possibly hack
your account.
Always be aware of your surroundings and the conversations you hold. In the event that
you believe someone has malicious intentions against you, you may fill out a complaint
form. You should always take screenshots if you're being targeted for legal proof.
Thank you for attending this online security class. Please practice these tips and keep
yourself safe both online and in person.

RECRUITMENT TRAINING (1stSgt gab752)

Welcome to FEAT R: Recruitment Training. In this FEAT we will be discussing how to
recruit.
When in Front Row, you'll often come across guests interested in joining USDF. When
they do, welcome them and provide assistance. Try to use correct spelling and grammar
when recruiting.
Example: Welcome (name) to USDF, how may I help you?

Remember you're the first representative the civilian will meet. We want to make the
best impression possible for potential recruits. Be sure to check their name is
appropriate before asking if they'd like to join. Once ready, have them follow training
steps.
When someone's in front of you, place your full attention and refrain from random
discussion with other personnel or lobby guests. People with temporary 'visitor', 'guest'
or 'name' usernames can't be recruited and should change it. If they have questions, don't
get frustrated. Be calm and professional and try explaining differently.

Although we'd like to recruit all civilians, this isn't always possible. We allow 10 min
before deeming them non-recruitable. Keep an eye on the clock to avoid wasting time.
How to identify a troll:
1. Account creation: new creation dates are possibly clones of current players
attempting to harass personnel. Not all news are trolls, so we'll recruit them if their
behavior is acceptable. Notify officers otherwise.
2. Amount of friends: low count is another sign. Be wary but remember, unless behavior
is malicious, they can join.
Remain courteous and professional at all times, even if met with trolls. Think outside of
the box if your explanation doesn't work. Use your best judgment to deem non-
recruitables, and if in doubt, ask for help.
Everything inside the brackets will be referred to as 'stack'. Letters in your stack should
always be in alphabetical order, followed by symbols and/or numbers. You can find
more information about FEATs at the Info Desk.

BASIC MARKSMANSHIP – BMT (1stSgt gab752)

Welcome to Basic Marksmanship Training (BMT). This is the Marksmanship Training
for the M17 Service Pistol.
A few things to know before we start:
1. We're using live ammunition, so follow any and all instructions.
2. Always have your weapon pointing down the range.
3. Follow instructions carefully. If you don't understand, wave and I'll address you.
4. Training and examples in blue, commands and instructions in red. Don't do anything
unless you see red text.
Failure to follow the rules will result in failing the training as a whole.

Take a 6 round magazine and insert it well:

-inserts rounds into the magazine-
-clips the magazine into the pistol-

Release the slide lock by saying: -releases the slide lock-

Verify weapon safety is on and holster weapon:

-visually checks weapon for safety-
-holsters pistol- Safe.
Shoot the dummy while in line with your Habbo or it won't count. Each person must
shoot the target twice to pass. Stand on marble to make your shots and ensure target is
in line with the weapon, or the shot will miss.
To fire, say "shoots" without quotes. When you've shot twice, I'll issue the command
"Safety on, clear weapons". You'll say:
-turns safety on- Weapon clear
Then, return to the bench.
You are now permitted to wear the Marksman level marksmanship qualification badge
in your forum signature (Regulation 7). You may also wear the gunbelt accessory in HQ
(Regulation 2). If you're not yet E4 you'll be granted forum access when you reach it.

PHYSICAL TRAINING – PT (1stSgt gab752)

Welcome to Physical Training. I am 1stSgt gab752 and I'll be your instructor today.
First and most basic: lap around the track. Click on each corner. If you cut corners or
skip squares, re-do lap. Run in group and don't let fellow soldiers fall behind.
Next: situps. Type sit, then stand.
Next: lunges. Step one square forward in front of the mat, and then back.
Final and most grueling exercise: the Dirt and Hurt. You'll go around the track 5 paces
at a time. After running 5 paces, perform a situp. Repeat until you complete a lap.
We will now jump fully into workout. I'll tell you an exercise and reps to do. Don't
move until I give you a red command.
You may now wear the Physical Fitness Badge in your Forum Signature. The image
may be found in Regulation 7. Forum access will be given once you're an E4. If you
need assistance, speak to Info Desk. In addition, you may now wear the PT Pin on your
PT Uniform if you come to another session (check Regulation 2).

DFMAP Gray (PO1 Akuma)

Welcome to DFMAP Gray: Defense Force Martial Arts Program, Gray Level. I am PO1
Akuma and I'll be your instructor today.
First, we'll be learning basic Hand to Hand Combat. Don't speak or perform the
exercises we learn until you hear my command.
- For a basic punch, type _b when I call: Ready, PUNCH!
- For a kick: step forward one space toward your opponent, and yell HAH! in all caps at
the command: Step, KICK!
- For blocking: type o/ when I call: Ready, BLOCK!
Let's move on to the Sparring Session. We'll be following some basic rules in this
portion.
- You'll fight three matches against your opponent. You can perform a punch, kick or
block. (They will be substitutes for rock, paper, scissors.)
- Punch beats Kick, Kick beats Block, Block beats Punch. Perform at: Group, SPAR!
Perform action at the same time, no cheating. If you don't perform within 2 seconds,
you lose automatically.

We'll now be moving on to basic knife combat.

- Basic slash: o/ when I call: Ready, STRIKE!
We'll move on to a short exercise with our new basic knife skills. Make sure you're
facing your opponent with your knife in hand. When I call Ready, STRIKE, you'll
perform it. You're trying to beat your opponent by typing it. Whoever types faster hits
first in a real combat. It's important to be quick.

ADVANCED RECRUITMENT & TRANSFERS (squidkun)

Welcome to FEAT T: Advanced Recruitment and Transfers. It is essential to be aware of
our transfer policty to assist transferees correctly. This training will cover external and
internal transfer policies, and expand on recruitment.
Currently, we accept transfers from militaries and agencies. The OMP is in charge.
When someone enters HQ for transfers:
1. Find member of OMP to assist and diret to Transfer Desk, next to front row.
2. If OMP is unavailable, instruct to visit PTS website to apply for transfer:
pts.habbousdf.com. Click icon on left with two opposite arrows.
You may see former USDFs seeking OMP for reinstatement (returning after
resignation). Follow the same steps.

Branch Transfer: transferring branches within USDF, and only within same rank group.
An E8 in Marines wanting to Navy must find E7-E9 in Navy to switch. If unable to
replace, an OMP will place you on waiting list for replacement. To transfer without it,
consult Branch Chief, but this happens very rarely.

Personnel who received Honorable Discharge (HD) or were discharged for AWOL may
return through re-enlisting. If they wish so, you can follow recruit procedure and have
them go through IRDT. E4+ may be eligible for reinstatement, so if this is the case and
they want to, refer to OMP.
You must know how to report. An officer will call HQ or front row to attention, then
you to Report.
- Drop hand items
- Walk up and salute (only to officers)
- Once returned the salute, Reporting as Ordered, Sir/Ma’am
- Instructions, then Dismissed, then say Sir or Ma’am, and exchange salutes
- Once exchanged, return to Attention spot
BASIC DRILL (CWO4 Catu-)
Welcome to FEAT H, Basic Drill. Today you will learn about drilling, which is
synchronized marching within a formation. A drill is important for being in a military, as
it teaches you to be a member of a team. We drill to move units from one place to
another in an orderly manner. This makes them appreciate the need for discipline, to
obey orders promptly and precisely, to respond to authority, and to recognize the effects
of their actions on the group as a whole.
Prior to drill, drillers must ask the guide if they can Fall In, and will ask guide to Fall
Out at the end. Use the following terms:
- PTFI? (Permission to Fall In) - PTFO? (Permission to Fall Out)
The guide will respond accordingly. The stars represent starting positions. When falling
in, head to a star time and face the guide.

Drill commands are given in two SEPARATE bubbles to ensure synchronization in

execution.
- Preparatory command (first bubble) in all lowercase letters, to prepare for execution.
You DO NOT move during preparatory.
- Command of execution (second bubble) in all uppercase letters, cues the formation to
execute command. You DO move when the command is given.
When a command is given in a single blue bubble, for explanation, DO NOT execute
command. Only execute commands given in TWO YELLOW bubbles. The comma after
preparatory is the only punctuation allowed in drill commands, no other punctuations
are allowed.

Don’t move, turn or talk while I explain commands (blue speech bubbles). Don’t move
until the command of execution is given (yellow speech bubble). Any questions, wave.
Hand, SALUTE
Single Habbo wave. Guide salutes back. Type the wave and avoid typos if possible.
Present, ARMS
The formation continuously waves. o/
Order, ARMS
The formation stops waving.
Stand at, EASE
On EASE the formation can speak. The formation ceases conversation on Squad,
ATTENTION.

Omw (On my wave)

Once the guide gives direction they will say omw and wave. Once it ends, count one
Mississippi and move accordingly.
Cardinal directions are used by drillers to move in sync. The four directions are north,
east, south and west. They are shown by the letters on each corner. You will each
receive a cardinal direction and number. For example: S3 means South 3 tiles.

(Name), Stand Fast (SF)

On Stand Fast or SF, the Driller won’t move.

(Formation), FALL IN
Like PTFI, drillers will assume start positions. The formation comes to attention and
doesn’t speak.
(Formation), FALL OUT
Drillers break formation but don’t leave immediate area.

Guide, FACE
The formation faces the guide by clicking them.
About, FACE
The formation executes a 180º turn by clicking on the space behind. Never click any
individual during this.

FTT (From the Top)

All drillers should return to start positions.
Formation types are defined by the people drilling. Guide is not included in the type.
1. Individual: one driller 2. Squad: 2-8 drillers
3. Section: 9-14 drillers 4. Platoon: 15 or more

ADVANCED MARKSMANSHIP (SCPO MusicalEmma)

Welcome to Advanced Marksmanship Training or AMT. There are a few things to know
before we start:
1. We’re using live ammunition, so follow any and all instructions
2. Follow instructions carefully. If you don’t understand, wave
3. Commands in red
- Cease Fire – Remain Stationary: stop what you’re doing and stand still where you are

During tactical combat:

- Ensure you clear all areas properly
- Don’t harm any civilians or friendly military during tactical clearing
- Always clear as a team: nobody left behind, no one ahead alone
- You’ll be clearing the training area one at a time; failure to complete properly will
result in failure

In each section there’ll be one hostile to eliminate. Three areas, three hostiles. To fire,
be in direct line with target and behind enough cover. Ther’s a pressure plate to stand on
to meet these requirements.
Second pressure plate that enemy must stand on for the shot to succeed. To attempt, say
“shoots”. If it hits right, you’ll move to the next area. Completion of all 3 is completion
of the course.
You are now permitted to wear the Expert level marksmanship qualification badge in
your forum signature (Regulation 7). If you’re not E4 yet, you’ll be granted forum
access once you reach it.

E4 TRAINING (:Pepper)
Welcome to your E4 Training. Congratulations on your promotion to the E4 paygrade!
If either of us disconnects and does not return within 5 min, head back to HQ and ask
the info desk or DDO for procedure.
This is an important step in your career. You’ll be eligible to join an office, earn points
for pay, start roleplays and more!
Now that you’ve registered on the forums, keep in mind it’ll take up to 24 hours to get
approved. Don’t ask anyone about your forum approval status if it hasn’t reached that
deadline.
Leaving USDF without resignation will be considered desertion. Also, you’re not
allowed to have an alt employed here. Doing so is considered cloning. In both cases, a
dishonorable discharge will be issued. (More info, FEAT K, Knowledge of Legislation).
As a JNCO, you can now wear the service uniform. If you’d like to see more variations,
read Regulation 2 after accessing the forums. Once your forum account is accepted,
you’ll be automatically enrolled into the Mentorship Program, where you’ll receive
first-hand guidance from an experienced mentor. You’ll also receive an achievement
medal and a promotion upon graduation.

EXPERT TRAINER (CTRL_FREAK)

Welcome to FEAT B: Expert Trainer. I’ll give you tips and tricks for effective IRDT,
then evaluate your training capability. Achieving this FEAT will allow you to train, host
FEATs. Keep in mind you’re required to join an office for this last point. Check the
Training FEAT thread on the forums for more.
When hosting IRDT, there are a few things to remember.
- Turn rock teleporter by standing on group gate, then :irdt
- Ask your recruit to enter and wait inside.
- Use non-HC blue chat hen hosting training and reading out the script.
- For attention procedure, use red chat as in HQ during actual attentions.
- Proper spacing will prevent you from flooding and getting muted, and it’ll give time
for recruits to read. General rule: wait until avatar stops talking.
- Enlisted will make mistakes, idling in front row, standing around HQ. Be courteous in
correcting. You’re not allowed to host more than 3 trainings for the same person in 1
day.

IRDT is the first major impression of recruits; you set the standard for what they’ll
experience. Once training is done, make sure uniform and motto are correct, then post
on MPTS.

You’re required to read the whole script. You can alter it slightly but the content must be
intact. Be patient and make sure they understand. Answer any questions. If they ask
something you don’t know, tell them you’ll find out and will get back.
Don’t assume new recruits are trolls. A lot of new Habbos don’t know what’s going on.
Many are young, a firm warning may correct it. If after a warning, you deem them
trolls, attempt to get someone with rights to remove them from the room by tagging the
Officer role in #rights-req, or relocate remainders to another cubicle. If all else fails,
send them back and tell them to re-attend IRDT.
To find the IRDT script: Regulations, Trainings & Procedures – Training – Script: IRDT
MPTS Post: TRG Branch: Rank – Habboname [Trainer] DD MMM YY
- [US Navy] SR - [US Marines] Pvt - [US Army] PVT - [US Air Force] AB
Please note when completing a real IRDT you’ll post on “Manual PTS (PTS Threads)”,
still under PTS Threads area.

PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS (ozzy623)

Welcome to FEAT P: Performance Expectations, Pay and Rewards. In this FEAT we’ll
be discussing the payment programs we use at USDF to reward personnel for their hard
work and determination.
USDF has a unique system used in order to determine who gets paid. Getting paid isn’t
automatic. Now that you’ve reached E4 paygrade, you can join offices. Once you’re in
one, you can claim Standard Of Work points (SOW). Every bit of work you do in HQ
and your office can be claimed as SOW on the PTS work tracker. It resets every month,
with points converted to coins 10:2. Seniors will announce in the following month when
you can collect.
The 5 personnel with most SOW are considered Top Performers, and will be able to
claim additional pay up to extra 75 credits.
Not meeting SOW expectations can lead to consequences. If you don’t meet the quota
one week, you’ll receive an office strike (first warning). You’ll receive second strike and
reach-out from Office command if you don’t reach for a second week. Upon third strike,
removal from office. These strikes expire a month after issuing.
If you require exemption and can’t complete SOW quota on time, reach out to your
Chain of Command for assistance.
Another way of getting paid is receiving Activity Points (AP). They’re awarded to
personnel who actively engage in HQ by Officers or WOs. Once awarded, the Officer or
WO will upload the AP to your work tracker. The top 5 will receive extra credits at the
end of the month. But don’t worry, SOW and AP will be explained again by your office
in their academy.
There are certain requirements that must be met before promotion for you now. The best
way to get promoted is to make sure you obtain all your available FEATs. You should
also join an office as soon as possible. SOW and AP are often used as evidence of your
activity for promotions.
It’s important to know service time is also taken into account in promotions. Ask the
info desk in HQ about service time, RST and MST to know more.
You can also get rewarded and recognized for your efforts from the Spotlight initiative.
Each month, members of Senior Command select personnel based on work ethic,
conduct and contributions to be put in the spotlight and thanked for their efforts. Those
selected may join the Distinguished Badge, and are placed in a raffle to win an HC box.
The Distinguished Service Badge aims to reward those that go to the end to exhibit
loyalty, dedication, and do their share of contributions towards USDF’s success and
growth. Only a few are selected each month, so don’t be disheartened if you’re not
picked.

KNOWLEDGE OF LEGISLATION (CWO5 Ethereal:)

Welcome to FEAT K: Knowledge of Legislation. This training will cover current USDF
legislation, the main rules which are split into sections. At any time, you may view the
complete legislation under the Regulations board on the forum.
Workers’ and their Fundamental rights can be divided into:
Freedom of Expression: allows us to explain opinions, but we don’t break Habo way,
conflict RTP or offend public listening space.
Freedom from Discrimination ensures no discrimination or unfair advantages.
Freedom of Association gives freedom to leave USDF towards a new agency or
military.
For more, refer to Regulation 1.

Everyone can work in USDF, unless individuals have malicious intent or break
regulations. Personnel may resign at any time, but we recommend assessing if a leave or
reserve duty is better. Personnel can request in the Leave and Reserve requests in
forums. If advice is needed, there’s the reach out program, in the official programs.
As a last resort, Dishonorable Discharges are given according to Reg 4 and 8. Habbos
with it need an OJAG pardon before rejoining. Individuals can request pardons by
accessing Reinstate on PTS.
All personnel are to be in full uniform and motto, as well as the correct badge in HQ.
Personnel must enter the workplace within 10 min, except Lobby Guides and OISA
members when escorting allies. Personnel should always make an effort to use correct
grammar and spelling.
Outside of workstations, don’t stand around on working floor (W5 MIDN/OC+ may
stand on sides of DDO to assume Officer Command). Personnel should not share any
personal information with others on official USDF communication platforms (Discord,
Forums, etc). Limit off-topic discussions to designated areas only, such as R&R.
Alternative Accounts are permitted in USDF. However, personnel are limited to 3 and
only 1 can be enlisted in USDF. Failure to follow this will result in one-rank demotion
per offense. Personnel can’t work on alternatives, unless approved by Senior Command.
If personnel need to change your Habbo account, individual must inform JSIG with the
form on Compromised & Alternate Accounts Requests thread under Personnel list.
The NSA, USD I%S, CDR SOCOM and/or JSIG authorizes and monitors use of alts.
Personnel may use your Alt once posted and will receive further confirmation from
JSIG once reviewed.
Personnel are permitted to be in personal relationships, with restrictions. They include
dating, close friendships and family members. If you are in a relationship with a
subordinate, they can’t be in your office and vice versa. You can’t promote them and
vice versa. Don’t make a habit of showing affection in HQ. You can’t host FEATs for
them, nor them for you. Officers are strongly discouraged from dating WO/NCOs.

OFFICES AND ADDRESS PROCEDURES (Ethereal)

Welcome to U. You’ll learn about the offices and address procedures in USDF.
In USDF, offices are individual departments responsible for different functions. You
can’t be promoted beyond E7 without one. If you have difficulty choosing the best for
you, the office of SEAC offers career counselling. Applications can be found on:
Forums – Home page – Offices and Positions.
OFFICE OF JOINT FORCE DEVELOPMENT (OJFD, E4+)
Responsible for training of recruits and NCOs. Complete regular updates on and
manage training scripts to keep personnel in the loop.
OFFICE OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS (OPA, E4+)
Creating a fun atmosphere for USDF through events and games, broadcasting on radio,
or creating USDF newsletter.
OFFICE OF MANPOWER & PERSONNEL (OMP, E5+)
Supervisors of all USDF personnel. Transfers into and within USDF, as well as daily
MPTS update.
OFFICE OF INTERNATIONAL SECURITY AFFAIRS (OISA, E5+)
Close relation with other militaries and agencies. Relationship between them and USDF.
Make alliances, prevent wars, represent USDF positively in Agency Floor.
JOINT DRILL TEAM (JDT, E5+)
Perform at various parades and ceremonies. Skilled in synchronizing with each other,
responsible for training members in drill commands with FEATs H and I. Not a full
office, so be in another to apply for evaluation.
TITANS (E5+)
Football/soccer team, sub-office to join. Compete against other agencies and train
regularly. Required another office to apply.
OFFICE OF JOINT STAFF INSPECTOR GENERAL (OJSIG, E6+)

reported.

Within USDF, we also have offices for higher ranks, usually known as Command
Offices. OSEAC, OSP&C, OOT&E, OJAG.
OFFICE OF SENIOR ENLISTED ADVISOR TO CHAIRMAN (E7+)
Command members of respective branch and council. Oversee progress of branch NCO
Corps.
OFFICE OF STRATEGIES, PLANS AND CAPABILITIES (W1+)
Maintenance of regulations, trainings, and procedures.
OFFICE OF OPERATIONAL TESTS & EVALUATIONS
Exam-based FEATS, L W and O.
OFFICE OF JUDGE ADVOCATE GENERAL (O3+)
Responsible for overseeing discipline appeals and reinstatements of dishonorable
discharged personnel. O3+ members, need to be an officer to apply.
WD and bar at the forefront are the first sight of HQ. Make sure your welcomes are
warming and everyone is reached. Bar service should be efficient, conversing with
anyone that might sit so that they have socializing chances. Make sure PAP is used at all
times when filling these.
USDF is a military organization, and as such, professionalism is always expected, when
addressing civilians and personnel regardless of rank. If I’m a CW3 in Army,
Sir/Ma’am. As an officer, sir/ma’am. You may say their rank, like with WOs too; for
example, Hello CWO5 sir, or Hello LT ma’am.
By speaking professionally, you show respect for peers or for the person you’re
recruiting, which is vital for a positive image. As it is with every office, the chain of
command should be carried out and followed this way from first to final contact:
HNCO, XO, CO, AD, Director.
- HNCOs always E9 (CMDCM, Sgtmaj, CSM, CCM)
- XOs always W1+
- Cos always W5+
- AD and Director, O3 and O4 respectively.
Follow it at all times and rarely skipped. Only skip if issue is not resolvable at current
first level (HNCO), issue is regarding first level of command, issue is urgent and
requires immediate action (only severely).
This is an example of who to contact in your branch command:
Air Force: CMSAF, SWOAAF, VCSAF, CSAF. If you’re unfamiliar with the chain of
command, PTS can help. You’ll find a button in 3 horizontal lines at the top left of the
page. Click on it to find the Offices page. Select an office and click View. You’ll see a
detailed page with your Office’s chain of command and who to reach out to.

SENTRY OPERATION (SCPO MusicalEmma)

Welcome to FEAT S: Sentry Operator. You’ll learn to operate the sentry desk in HQ.
You should not shout or use bold.
The sentry station is integral to ensure the security of HQ. It is responsible for vetting
personnel, VIPs and allies that wish to enter, ensuring only those authorized have
access. Due to the nature of sentry and its importance, there are rules to follow when
manning the station.
- Always wear a cover or hat (Regulation 2)
- Green chat for sentry and white for skylarking
- Follow any directions from DDO and OC
- Take your time, no one will complain you’re too slow

To gain access to sentry, there’s group gates at recruit pen and next to Transfer Desk.
Once you’re on either, say :sentry to teleport. Once you take a seat on either chair,
you’ll be prompted with the commands to use while there. Make sure your cover is on
before you sit. Once you finish shift, you can say :leave to teleport to AFK.
Once you’re at sentry, you’ll operate 2 gates: :gate1 for the gate closest to lobby,
and :gate2 for the gate to allow entry into HQ. They close themselves once the person
stands there. NEVER open both at the same time. Once you let someone through the
first and they’re on the rollers, you can use:
- :lobby to teleport back out if someone isn’t allowed to enter HQ, and advise to see
front row for fixing
- :recruit to put the person into recruit uniform and teleport to pen, when they’re ready
for training
- :clear to move a cannon and kick the person out, only when 2 people are on at the
same time or to remove someone from HQ; in this instance, permission is required from
DDO or officer.
Whilst on sentry, you’ll need to open multiple pages to carry out duties.
- Manual PTS: Always have open to check missing FEATs or promotions against this.
Under PTS Threads category.
- Regulation 2: Verify that someone’s uniform is correct. Under Regulations board on
Forums. Chapter 3 Subsection 5 also includes a link to OJFD’s Training Pin Tracker.
- Entry Permit: list of badges approved to enter HQ. under External Announcements
category on Forums, titled USDF Entry Permit.
- Intern. Entry Permit: list of all approved badges from allied that can access HQ. Under
External Announcements on International Entry Permit (IEP).
- PTS: Always open on your computer to vet personnel against this to make sure motto
and medal are correct.
- PTS Search Page: At top right of PTS, there’s a magnifying glass that goes to search.
Enter name and select on dropdown. No results, no member. The main way is to use
CTRL + F to copy user’s name into pop-up and it’ll take to the name in PTS.
Whilst operating sentry, you’ll see multiple types of people come through gates. One of
the most common will be new recruits. When processing them, make sure to:
- Check the profile isn’t private. Click on them and their name
- Check motto for [US Army], [US Air Force], [US Marines] or [US Navy]
- Check recruit has not been dishonorably discharged
- Check recruit isn’t wearing accessories including stubble or blush
If they’re on classic downloaded version, make them heart the badge. Make sure the
badge is by USDF_HQ, not a fake. If everything checks out and they match the criteria,
send them to training pen (:recruit).

As well as recruits, you’ll also process personnel through sentry. If the line exceeds 3
personnel on either side, request DDO to activate group gate. Once a personnel steps on,
check the following
- They are on PTS. Not there, check Manual PTS
- Person’s motto matches what is on PTS
- If E4+ and Personnel ID, they must have it favorited on Classic Downloaded.
Members on modern client may not be able to do this, therefore exempt
- Uniform regulated in Regulation 2. Any questions, check DDO or OC. Medals verified
beside motto on PTS.
- Next to PTS name, there’s a belt (DFMAP) and it should be undershirt color.
Gray: Non-HC white Green: Non-HC olive green
Brown: Non-HC brown Black: Non-HC black
Check undershirt by asking them to say something. Undershirt color is the color under
head within chat bubble. It applies for those wearing Working Uniform. Anyone who
doesn’t show belt color is required to wear Non-HC Khaki.
Personnel are not required to show +, //, (pound) or (simo) in their motto. E1-E3 and
officers can also display full rank.
Use aforementioned Training Pin Tracker where personnel wear non-standard campaign
cover bands or have additional motto symbols. If Habbo censors FEAT stack, allow
them to shuffle letters to uncensor.

Officers will also use sentry to access HQ. Check the same stuff as other personnel, but
they don’t need to show their {5} FEAT stack in mottos (entirely optional). All officers
should be saluted once stepping off and they’ll salute back. If officer is between O1 and
O4, they can receive an Attention, and O5 and above Attention on Deck. Occasionally
they’ll say Carry on, As you were or At ease when stepping off. You’re not required to
call either. If officer doesn’t instruct you to Carry on, etc, call attention once saluted.
If the member through sentry is wearing a medal of honor, call Attention on Deck with
Hand, SALUTE in separate bubbles. Officers On Leave should not receive it. All
attentions should be called through red chat.
Come off rollers, stand directly beside chair, salute; if I don’t say carry on, Attention on
Deck, as you were, echo in red, no extra salutes.
Medal of honour in, off rollers, hand, salute. (Rare)

DFMAP Green (CWO4 Rogerology)

Welcome to Defense Force Martial Arts Program, Green Level: DFMAP Green. In this
session, we’ll learn intermediate hand-to-hand combat skills. You are not to speak or
perform exercises until you hear my command.
As you recall from DFMAP Gray, we’ll use the same actions. _b to punch, o/ to block,
and step forward while yelling HAH to perform a kick.
New moves:
- Basic choke hold: behind opponent, lock dominant arm around neck and put other
hand on back of head. Place dominant hand inside non-dominant elbow and apply
pressure. Type :idle when I call Ready, HOLD.
- Hip throw: useful for bringing opponents to the ground by using their weight against
them. You take your opponent off balance to pull them up over your hio. Type :sit
and :stand when I call, Ready THROW.
Punch beats kick / Kick beats block / Block beats punch
Let’s move to Sparring Session. We’ll follow basic rules.
- You’ll fight three matches against your partner.
- You can perform punch, kick, block, hold, throw. They’ll substitute rock-paper-
scissors.
Punch beats kick / Kick beats block / Block beats punch / Choke beats throws and
blocks / Hip throw beats kicks and punches / Block beats throw / Punch beats choke /
Kick beats choke. Perform at Group, SPAR!
I hope you enjoyed this session on more techniques on hand-to-hand with holds and
throws. You must now wear a Non-HC olive green undershirt under the working
uniform.

ACTION REQUEST FORMS (CPO Revealed)

Welcome to FEAT A. We’ll be discussing the various complaint forms available to
USDF personnel and foreign entities, to provide you with better understanding of when
and how to use these forms.
There are many different complaint forms with different purposes that all personnel can
use. The form you’ll use will depend on the situation occurred or those involved. In
Procedure 4, you’ll find all available forms that both personnel and foreign entities may
use. You’ll also find general info and important notes for each form. We’ll be going
through all forms aside from DRF, as it is used only by Commissioned Officers.
The ARF (Action Request Form) is the most common, used by personnel to report other
personnel who may breach regulations. Examples include but not limited to bullying,
harassment, disrespect and breaching OPSEC. There are few important notes:
- Filing ARF is last resort.
- Minor offense, approach officer beforehand
- Complaint dismissed if found frivolous
- Selectee members: notify OMP AD or above
- Contact OJSIG with questions/concerns
- Offense in Discord Voice: Inform USD I&S and JSIG

To submit ARF, go onto PTS at habbousdf.com/pts. From there, Request Action (big
yellow box). This will lead to drop-down menu, where you can select Action Request
Form. You’ll then complete it according to headings (detailed description of incident,
witnesses, screenshot evidence, etc.).
The High Profile Action Request Form (HPARF) is used by all personnel to report JSD+
or OJSIG for breaching USDF regulations. If you wish to report an NSC, the complaint
form will only be sent to DepSecDef. To submit HPARF, send forum message to
SecDef, DepSecDef, CoS, CJCS and NSA. In forum subject and message, follow
template from Procedure 4 Subsection 1.

The Punishment Appeal Form (PAF) is used to appeal disciplinary action personnel feel
unfair, such as demerits, demotions, discharges, promotion locks, etc. Personnel has 7
days after receiving punishment to submit it. If 7 days go by, members must file
Demerit Review Request (DRR) or pardon depending on punishment. Personnel cannot
file it on behalf of another member unless agreed upon with JAG or Jas. For further
information, contact OJAG. To file it, it must be done through PTS, similar to ARF.

Demerit Review Request (DRR) is used by personnel if they feel a demerit should be
removed. It can be submitted after 30 days of receiving demerit. However, personnel
who receive demerits for missing SoW or MPTS posting errors may not use it. A DRR
has the potential of having the demerit removed after thorough OJAG investigation.
Only two requests may be completed for one demerit. To submit, send forum message
to USD P&R and JAG as well as follow subject and letter template in Procedure 4
Chapter 2 Subsection 2.

Guest Report Forms (GRF) are used to report members breaching regulations who hold
VIP or are temporary guests authorised by O7 or above, DIRSA or USD P&E.
Submitting it is done by sending forum message to JSIG, NAVIG and PMG, with
subject and forum message in Procedure 4 Chapter 2 Subsection 3.

Foreign Complaint Form (FCF) is used both by personnel and foreign. Primarily when
foreign entity disrespects USDF personnel or vice versa. Filed via Google Form. Found
in Procedure 4 Chapter 2 Subsection 4. Directly sent to DIRSA, DDRSA and DDISA
after submission. Critically important to be detailed.

Whistleblower Protection Act is a procedure designed to protect individuals that want to

report or provide information of wrongdoings in USDF from any form of disciplinary
action. Classified and protected by OPSEC. Reports are anonymous and subject to
severe scrutiny. For more info, Procedure 7: Whistleblower Protection Act.

OPSEC (Operational Security) is a classification system to protect confidential

information in a tier system based on sensitivity of information, and its threat to national
security. Information classes are: SCI, Top Secret, Secret, Confidential and Unclassified.
Each classification has clearance system that dictates who can access information. Most
information shared privately between office and branch command teams and working
groups is considered OPSEC and shouldn’t be shared with outsiders. For more
information, Regulation 11: Intelligence and Classification.

VISITING ALLIES, FOREIGN MILITARIES AND AGENCIES (CPO Revealed)

Welcome to FEAT D. You’ll learn do’s and don’ts when visiting allies, foreign militaries
and agencies.
OISA stands for Office of International Security Affairs. It is responsible for the
interaction and communication between USDF and other militaries and agencies, no
matter whether allied, foreign or enemy. Members of OISA can be identified by blue
berets around HQ, or via JISO/SISO in mottos. Its policies govern all foreign personnel
on USDF soil. If at any time you’d like to see the list of current allied, neutral or enemy
militaries, use the stickies in HQ or visit Announcements – External Announcements on
forums. You’ll also find International Entry Permit, detailing who can enter HQ.
Whenever we visit other militaries or agencies, we must always wear full uniform:
clothing, motto and badge. We maintain organization bearing. To do less reflects badly
on ourselves, fellow personnel, SecDef and USDF in whole.
When in Foreign HQ, keep these in mind:
- Enter lobby and sit immediately to show respect in keeping a clear way
- Show politeness, respect and courtesy like in USDF
- Address all personnel by rank and name or sir/ma’am
- Come to attention for officers following their policies
- Conversation light and positive, no negativity
- Visit short (no more than 15 min)
When in partnered organizations:
- Wear allied badge if they require you to. Otherwise, personnel ID
- After entering sentry or group, move to back row

Often, members of other organizations will visit USDF. Treat them with the same
respect as our own members. Allied and recognized members are allowed entry in HQ
and must go to R&R or AFK. They must never be in main work floor unless touring
with OISA or taking part in OPA games. If any point there’s issues with visiting
members, contact OISA. There’s also a Foreign Complaint Form in the procedures
section of forums. If there are any behavioral isssues from visitors, use this form and
send it to appropriate members. Disrespect towards other organizations or their
members is not tolerated. For more info on any above points, Regulation 6 on forums.
Enemy personnel aren’t welcome in HQ in the same way we’re not welcome in theirs.
Keep these in mind:
- All hands prohibited from visiting enemy HQs and can be demoted or discharged
- VIP status or friendship with enemy personnel is no exception
- If you’re friends with enemies, visit in non-military room
- OSD and DIRSA are the only officers able to allow and freely visit enemy HQ
- If any organization is added to enemy list, notifications are via Discord

COMBAT MEDIC PROGRAM (CW2 Dillboy123)

Welcome to the Combat Medic Program or CMP. It involves Combat Medic
examination, so pay attention to what is asked. Completing this will make you a fully
qualified medic.
The first thing to cover are first aid rules to follow. This is only a simulation. NOT
qualified to treat people IRL!
- Remain calm tkking charge of medical situations, and act quickly and efficiently
- First, ensure area is safe. Can’t save lives if you become injured and unable to render
care
- Moving the victim would gravely endanger their life, especially if neck, back or ribs
are broken
- If you or the victim are in danger, weigh this threat against potential damage caused by
movement
- Cut away clothing to get a clear idea of injury extent. Removal of clothing normally
may aggravate hidden injuries
- Reassure and comfort victim. If possible, don’t let them see the wounds
- Position unconscious/semiconscious victim on side or back with head to the side

To assess priorities we use triage, the sorting of casualties into severity groups to
prioritize treatment. Immediately upon arrival, sort casualties in this order:
- GREEN: Patients whose injuries require minor treatment, can be returned to duty
shortly
- YELLOW: Moderate wound in severity, but treatment can be delayed with minimal
risk to life or limb
- RED: Patients requiring immediate treatment to save life or limb. Treat first, as delay
could prove deadly
- BLACK: Patients whose wounds or injuries require extensive treatment beyond
immediate medical capabilities, or considered deceased. Treatment would be to
detriment of others

Primary survey is a rapid initial assessment to detect and treat life-threatening

conditions requiring immediate care, followed by status decision about patient stability
and priority for immediate transport to doctors.
- M: Major Hemorrage. Severed artery can lead to bleeding out in under 45 seconds if
not addressed. Stop blood flow with tourniquets or bandages
- A: Airway. Obstruction leads to respiratory arrest and death
- R: Respiratory: Assess breathing, if necessary, rescue breathing
- C: Circulation: Check pulse at wrists
. H: Hypothermia: Minimize casualty environmental exposure and promote heat
retention
CPR should NOT be done in combat.
A tourniquet is a constricting band used to cut off blood supply to injured limb. It
should be the first thing to do in hemorrhage suspicion.
Any victim with signs of difficulty in breathing without airway obstruction must be
inspected for chest injuries. The most serious that requires immediate first-aid is the
sucking chest wound (e.g. bullet to the chest). Immediately seal wound with hand or
airtight material, plastic works best.
A break in a bone is called fracture. It must be splinted before moving victim.
In this exam, your main duty is examining soldiers and sort them into colour groups.
Take back to camp and provide first aid. Use the information given in training, speaking
out loud. Also explain thought process to obtain full marks. Use one of these commands
on coloured tiles for first aid: ‘applies tourniquet’ and ‘seals wound’. I may give hints
throughout if needed, and you may ask questions.
You may now wear training pins with the + symbol. There’s also an image you may add
to your forum signature if you wish. Regulations and Procedures – Regulations –
Regulation 7: Medals, Awards & Honorifics.

MENTOR SESSION (UK_Sunshine)

Welcome to your Mentor Session! This is our first of two events, first comes coaching,
then a forum navigation course. It’s just a chat going through different sections, and you
can answer at any time. Ask any questions you want, and you can drop procedures! No
need for ma’am or CWO. First name is fine! (Chelsea)
Chain of command
Depending on which office and branch you’re in, the chain of command will change
based on who you speak to. In Air Force, you have CMSAF, which would be your first
port of call; for the time being, it’s MusicalEmma. She looks after everyone below W1.
If you have branch issues or queries, go to her.
Next, SWOAAF, Wierzbowski. She deals with queries or problems from W1 to CW5.
Next, VCSAF Kevnn.

PAP (Proper Address Procedure)

Procedure 3 (Proper Address on Forums) will show you everything, but below E9 you
address people by their rank.
Command Positions E9C will be named with rank, so MusicalEmma is CMSAF
MusicalEmma, and anyone WO1 and above, Sir or Ma’am. Some personnel may
request to be called by rank only, so respect that.
