procurement from approved vendors, Inspection by Officials, Civil Construction, Installation & Commissioning etc., ROW resolution &

Land Compensation payment/NOC, along with data commuincation required for SLDC/OPTCL) & statutory approvals required for
installation & commissioning
7 All Civil, Mechanical & Electrical Supply, installation, Testing and commisioning including 132KV Switchyard (PSS) as per approved
8 All Statutory/Government approvals required for Project Construction, Synchronization/Commissioning & COD
9 Preliminary Survey (Topographical, Geo-technical, test pile casting/test, ERT) as per design requirement.
10 Solar Installation, Boundary Wall, MCS, Security Cabin, CCTV, MCS (incl. water test), Road, Drain etc
11 Land Levelling, Grading, Uprooting, cleaning, tree removal (Permission to be taken as applicable), grass cutting etc. till handover of
12 Access Road Construction/Reparing from govt. pakka road till main gate entry of plant to ensure smooth movement of
13 Security guard/services deployment till handover of project, theft of free issue item shall be responsibility of Contractor & debitable
14 Unloading, storage, security, shifting, installation, testing & commissioning of Free issue material from client
15 Any transport damage of free issue items should be intimated within 1 day/24 Hrs of material receipt at site
Module dispatch details shall be provided 7 days before delivery at site , contractor need to unload the material with 12 Hrs of material

arrival at site, incase of delay in unloading detention charges shall be borne by contractor
17 Installation of Internet lease line
18 Arrangement of Contruction Power & water
19 Project/ Construction Manager credential to be shared with client prior to mobilization
20 Subcontractor details & credentials to be submitted to Client , Client has a right to reject in case if not found not inline with
21 Submission of Project schedule, MQP/FQP, SOP, DPR etc. for client's approval
22 Any local ROW resolution due to demand of work/ Supply of any construction material/ Machinery etc.
23 Any dewatering through pumps, temperary access road, bunding etc. If required during execution as per client's instructions.
C Quality & HSE
24 Civil Quality Lab(CTM, Seeve etc.) etc. to be made avaible at site only
25 Deployment of dedicated Quality Civil Engineer & Safety officer required from NTP till handover of plant.
26 Labour rest shed, drinking water & Toilet to be provided at site as per Client HSE policy
27 Labour camp Health & hygiene parameters to be maintained & Regular Workers Health check-up to be organized
28 Minumum 20 sets of mandotory Spare PPE's to be maintain at site from NTP to Final handover
29 Fire extenguisher / sand bucket /safety signage board (Work specific) to be provided at site form NTP to till Hand-over the plant
30 HR statutory Complaince like workers wage/OT register to be maintained/availed at site
31 The RA bill shall be approved subject to comliance & fullfillment of Quality & HR Policy of client
32 All required compliances and payment of the fee such as BOCW, PCB, Labour License, CGWA, Factory License etc. as per govertment
33 Closure of Non- Complinace (NC's) within 7 days & Submission of RCA with 2 days of any incidence/quality issue
D Others
Dedicated Client's Site Office Set up (Container attached with toilet and all the required accessories as per client's requirement along

with electricity and water connection along with regular maintenance start from NTP till Project HOTO).
35 Contractor temporary Site Office, Store yard and labour camp shall be constructed out side the boundary of project Land
36 Labour License, Project EAR & other insurance policy till Project HOTO
37 The EPC shall ensure timely payment to its sub-contrators & submit No-Dues to client
E Project closure/HOTO
38 House keeping/ Site cleaning/removal of all temporary constructions, machinery & debris etc
39 Punch point closure
Submisison of all the original copy of OEM manuals/Statutory approvals & corresponsence letter with government agency etc &

Transfer of material warranty certificate in the name of client
41 Submission of all As-built drawings/Quality/HSE checklists/ Inspectin report
42 Material reconciliation & handover of excess material
43 PR Test & Acceptance by client
