A. Purpose & Background

The purpose of your participation in this research is to help the researchers to get the
needed information about the socioeconomic status of the veterans and their benefits.
Your participation will be a huge help to raise your concerns and situations to the
government.

B. Right to voluntarily participation

As a voluntary participant, you have the right to decline at any request from the
researchers for visualization/review documents, photographs, and other types of
confidential papers.

C. Right to Confidentiality
Rest assured that all information derive herein will be trusted with at most confidentiality
and to be use for academic purposes only. Your name or identity will remain anonymous.

D. Procedures of Participation
The interview will be administered at your most convenient time and will take
approximately 30 minutes to accomplish the interview. The researchers will not force the
key informants to answer the given questions if they are not comfortable with.

E. Risk
The researchers assured that there is no risk and involve in participating on this study.

F. Benefits of Participation
There will be no direct benefits to you from participating in this research. However, the
information gathered will be a great help to understand our research topic and to publish
your current situation on may raise your concerns/grievances to the government.

September 10, 2023 Finalize the research questions and methods that are necessary to
utilize during data gathering (interview)

September11-12, 2023 Set plans and preparations of operational expenses for food,
mobility, accommodations, and other expenditures that necessary to
utilize during data gathering.

September 18 - October 8 Research team will proceed in respective locations within the
2023 province of Zamboanga Sibugay to conduct and perform data
collection to fulfill and supplement the study titled “Socioeconomic
Status of World War II Veterans in Zamboanga Sibugay”

October 9-21, 2023 Research team will work comprehensively on interpretations and
analyzations of the data collected from different respondents of the
above-mentioned location.
