II. A. Setting the ambience: Soft music, instrumental music, is played

B. Introductions: The facilitators welcome the group.
The participants will look for their names tags with an envelope which
are arranged on their respective seats. The participants will me make the
sound make by the animal which they will find inside the envelope.
(bird, cat, dog, frog, roaster, pig & duck) Once they found their group
the facilitator will ask them to settle down. The facilitators will
introduce themselves.
III. Moment of 8:30 – 9:00 pm A. Setting: A table is set at the corner of the room. On it is a crucifix,
Disposition Bible, candle and the image of the Blessed Mother. Candles are
scattered under the table.
The room is dim lighted. Soft music is played instrumental to which the
retreatants listen.
A Scriptural Passage will be read by the facilitator
Acts 2:1-4 “They were all filled with the Holy Spirit.”
Imagine you are the apostles gathered in the upper room and tounges
of fire appeared on you head. You are all filled with the Holy Spirit
(pause). The Holy Spirit is sent by Jesus to you, to guide you, toinspire
you and to enlighten you during these days of silence and reflection.
O, God, who by the light of the Holy Spirit, did instruct the hearts of the
faithful, grant that by the same Holy Spirit we may be truly wise and
ever enjoy His consolations, Through Christ Our Lord, Amen.

II. Relating my 8:30 – 9:30 Session 1
experience of family Jesus comes into My Home.
Intructions:
Kindly look for your comfortable and sacred space inside this room and
settle down.
Now you imagine Jesus walking in the town. There was a man name
Zaccheus, who was chief tax collector and also a wealthy man, was
seeking to see who Jesus was; but he could not see him because of the
crowd for he was shirt in stature. So he ran ahead and climb a tree in
order to see Jesus who was about to pass that way. When he reached
the place, Jesus looked up and said to him, Zaccheus come down
quickly for today I must stay at your house. And he came down quickly
and received Jesus with joy.
Now you imagine Jesus at your house. You introduced to Jesus each
member of your family. (Pause)Then Jesus looks at you and say, I want
to stay in your house today. What will you say? Will you welcome him?
How will you entertain Him? Will you offer him merienda? (Pause)

F. Lecturette:
There is a saying that the family is where your heart is. In all your
9:45 – 10:00 sharing you have descibe the reality of being at home. We have learned
also some impefections; some are wanting others are in pain but the
10:00 – 10:10 bottom line whatever and whoever is your family Jesus has no complain
and he loves simply to be with you and your family. we cannot choose
our family we just simply have to love and accept it as Jesus did.

10:40 – 10: 50 The participants are invited to see closer the persons of Jesus, Mary and
Joseph.
In the story…
Who is Jesus, Mary and Joseph in your family?
Where do you see yourself in the story?
What makes you family a gift from God?
Write one or two experiences in your family.
7. Prayer Ritual
12:00 – 12:10 A soft music will be played and each participant will say aloud their
mandala title. And offer it around the icon of the Holy Family.
The facilitator will say that the greates love of all is…open the biggest
piece of paper…the cross. Write all the members of your families on
the cross. Then each one will paste it on the bigger cross.
If you appreciate and value your family… then write a letter to them
(paper cutting) cut it creatively then use it as your love letter. Fold it
again and write your name at the back of your letter; offer it in the Holy
Mass tomorrow. You are asked to bring it home and give to your
family.
Snacks
The participants are asked to settle down and simply stare at the big
cross posted at the center of the room.
What is the meaning of the cross for you?
Now there is one guy who ended the story like this…story telling

C. Prayer Ritual
4:50 – 5:10 Each participant will offer the clay in front of the cross and place their
symbol around the icon of the Holy Family.

D. Lecturrete
Family is a gift from God. He has chosen a family where his son was
born. Everyone has its own character traits just like our own family, is
gift from God each member of our our family has his/her own traits
5:20 – 5:30 characters, weaknesses and limitations; assets and liabilities. We cannot
compare our respective families to anyone. There is always something
wonderful in every family. In spite of the realities we have in our own
families, God has always something to do. Every problem has a lesson
to learn and every pain has always a purpose. Let us remember the
acronym.

Children to parents ….Father And Mother I Love You
Parents to Children…..Father And Mother Involve (in loving you)
You know the famous saying of Fr. Payton “The Family that prays
together stays together” . Prayer is the source of the strenght and binds
the family together. We have so many wishes, aspiration and dreams for
our families. Let us bring them all to the Lord in prayer. We may not
get what we want, but I can assure you that God will always give us
what we need. He is a Father and a very generous one.
Let us pray the rosary together.
After the movie, the Facilitator will tell the participants about the
5:30 – 6:00 different realities of the families which was shown in the film. Several
emotions defected in the film that touhed us deeply in so many ways.
6:00 – 7:30 Hold and stay with your feelings!
7:30 – 8:45 Night prayer
The facilitators will ask the participants to make a big circle around the
8:45 – 8:50 Paschal Candle (candle symbolizes Christ). Each participant will be
asked to place the right/left hand on the shoulders of the person next to
him/her.
In silence say a prayer for that person…
