Greetings in the name of service!

The Department of Education Schools Division of Negros Occidental holds an annual Sporting Events
Competition. The event aims to showcase the skills and athleticism of the learners in contribution to their
holistic experience to learning.

As a preparation for next year’s event, we once again request your good office to be our partner by allowing
our learners and teacher-coaches to use the company’s football field for our athletes’ trainings from October
9, 2023 to December 31, 2023 at 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM every Monday to Friday and on Saturdays at 7:30 to
9:30 AM. The sport event with the number of expected athletes and teacher-coaches are listed below for your
perusal:
