Recommendations

In view of the findings and conclusions of the study, the following

recommendations are offered.

1. The researcher recommends future researchers to tackle and focus on the

content of Korean dramas through using content analysis research. The
current study did not include this matter. Through studying the content, the
future researchers may further contribute information regarding why many
are attracted to watch Korean dramas.

2. Parents must always encourage their students to set specific times for
watching K-Dramas, allocating time after completing important tasks or
during breaks. And educate students about the potential impacts of
excessive screen time on their overall well-being and academic performance.

3. Students must always have a balanced understanding of cultural

representations in K-Dramas. Emphasize the importance of appreciating and
respecting the depicted cultures, ensuring accuracy, and avoiding
misinterpretation or stereotyping.

4. Also, as human beings we must always manage screen time, as excessive

viewing can lead to physical issues such as eye strain, headaches, and
disrupted sleep patterns. Suggest taking breaks and setting limits on daily
screen exposure. And recognize when their emotional well-being might be
affected negatively and take breaks if necessary. Eat healthier snack options
and portion control to maintain a balanced diet.
