ADDENDUM TO THE EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE

WITH ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

WITNESSETH;

WHEREAS, this addendum is in reference to the duly notarized Extrajudicial


Settlement of Estate with Absolute Sale executed by the Heirs of Sammy B. Barnido in
favor of Rowel N. Rellosa, duly notarized by Atty. Aldrico I. Abaño, under Doc No. 392,
Page No. 78, Book No. XXV, series of 2015;

WHEREAS, the said Extra Judicial Settlement of Estate with Absolute Sale has
defects in the information, particularly as to the correct Cadastral Lot Number of the
subject lot, as it was recently discovered that the same was in fact Lot No. 2017, Cad
370, Iriga Cadastre;

WHEREAS, the error was in view of the fact that the previous tax declaration
(TD No. 2006-035-3209) covering the subject parcel of land erroneously indicated Lot
No. 1925 as its corresponding lot number, and that same tax declaration was the basis
for the lot description in the instrument. However, said error has now been corrected,
indicating the true lot number as Lot No. 2017, Cad 370 (please refer to attached Tax
Declaration and Tax History);

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises, the


undersigned parties, for good consideration, do hereby agree to make the following
changes and/or additions that are outlined below, in order to rectify and supplant the
material information to reflect in the Extra Judicial Settlement of Estate with Absolute
Sale, are as follows, to wit:

1. That the correct Cadastral Lot Number and description is:


"A parcel of land containing an area of Two Thousand Four Hundred Thirty-Seven
(2,437) square meters, designated as Cadastral Lot No. 2017, Cad 370, Iriga
Cadastre, located at Brgy. Sto. Domingo, Iriga City. Bounded of the North by
Antonio No; on the East by Timoteo Malazarte; on the South by Ludovico Ibarreta and
on the West by Antero Oliva. Said land is declared for Taxation purposes under Tax
Declaration No. 2006-035-4724 in the name of Andrea Baliña"

2. That we confirm that Lot No. 2017, Cad 370, was the land sold by us in favor of
Rowel N. Rellosa, in the executed Extrajudicial Settlement of Estate with Absolute Sale
executed in 2015;

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we hereunto affixed our signatures this 13 th day of


October at Iriga City, Philippines.

BEFORE ME, a Notary Public for and in the City of Iriga, personally appeared
MARIEL B. REGINALDO with National I.D. No. 6410-4835-2954-9309 issued on August
12, 2022 at Iriga City, and RANNIE B. BARNIDO with PhilHelath I.D. No. 10-253195074-
4 issued on 2022 at Nabua, Camarines Sur, whom I have identified through competent
evidence of identity and who represented to me that their respective signatures on the
foregoing instrument were voluntarily affixed by them for the purposes stated in the
instrument and who declared that they have executed the foregoing instrument as their
free and voluntary act and deed.

This Instrument consists of only two (2) pages, including this page in which this
acknowledgment is written, duly signed by the parties and their instrumental witnesses
on each and every page hereof.
