Dear Sir/Madam

Ref: REQUEST FOR SPONSORSHIP OF THE LAUNCH ZAMBIA’S NEXT DIGITAL SAFE SPACE

The Natasha Mwansa Foundation is seeking sponsorship from the Zambia Tourism Agency to facilitate a series of pieces
of training and celebrate media luminaries for the purpose of creating a safe digital space through the Future of Media
project.

The digital space, also known as the global village, is not living up to its potential to promote healthy, safe, and productive
lifestyles. This is due to a wide range of ignorance that has led to the misuse, underuse, and extreme abuse of socialmedia,
resulting in harmful vices such as cyberbullying, mental health issues such as anxiety and suicide, unproductivity, moral
decay, and various health issues. This can be addressed by unleashing a media revolution aimed at creating a digital safe
space to promote safety, productivity, and health for all. This will give way to many aspects of society improving and while
this is primarily targeted at young people as leaders of the digital space, it will impact the lives of all so long as they have
access to digital platforms.

As such, we request at least K50 000 (Fifty Thousand Zambian Kwacha) and 25 complimentary get tourist destination
experiences to implement this project. The money will be used to cover things such as the venue, transportation, award
ceremony, refreshments, and publicity to mention but a few, while the tourist destination experiences will be used to
reward the Media Award recipients and competition winners. Knowing the strides that ZTA is making towardsmarketing
more local tourist destinations, we believe this will help you do so as the media luminaries being awarded hasgreatinfluence
online and as they share about their vacation or get away, it will promote leisure as a form of productivity feeding intoour
project’s objectives while promoting local tourism, feeding into yours.

Furthermore, the project is working with big media brands such as Lulu Hangaala Woods, Blu Buseke, DingindabaJonah
Buyoya and Suwilanji Siame among others. As well as train 100 young people from various academic institutionsand with
media background. All these individuals will share and post about it online which will add to your publicityasaninstitution.

It elates us to see the commitment the institution has towards improving people’s lives and communities as a wholeand
are greatly inspired by how you support youth work. And like you, we believe everyone deserves the benefits of a modern
connected life. As such, the Future of Media seeks to create a SAFE DIGITAL SPACE for all Zambians, Africans and
the world at large for young people. A space that fosters healthy living, productive use of time, support and freedom while
emphasizing responsibility as well as creating a safe environment for growth and development for all. Through yourhelp,
we can make this a lived reality.

We appreciate your generosity towards improving the lives of Zambians as we anticipate your favourable response.
