Specific Objectives Apply mining engineering principles to address challenges during the cleanup. Encourage students to think critically
about how engineering solutions can be employed in the context of environmental conservation.

Challenge teams to devise innovative waste management solutions for the collected debris. Emphasize the application of
engineering principles to minimize environmental impact and promote sustainable practices.

Desired A visibly cleaner and healthier coastal environment with a significant reduction in marine debris and to have a Positive
Outcomes/Results impact on the local community's perception of the participating group or organization, showcasing a commitment to
environmental stewardship.
