- Carrying out feasibility studies and evaluating the various software and hardware solutions with
a view to meeting infrastructure requirements.
- Making the necessary adjustments and extensions, as well as proposing improvements to the
infrastructure.
- Making the necessary adjustments, upgrades and extensions to software and hardware to ensure
that the techniques and possibilities best suited to users' needs are always available, with a view
to implementing new projects or extending existing systems.
- Informing and assisting users of the infrastructure so that they can make optimum use of the
systems.
- Providing the support and maintenance required to ensure the smooth running of the
infrastructure, based on the ITIL method.
- Acting as a point of reference in your area of expertise, and promoting knowledge transfer
within the team.
Profile of the ideal candidate:
Hard skills:
Education:
Ideally, at least a Master's degree in IT or equivalent by experience.
Professional experience:
At least 5 years' experience in a similar role.
Technical skills:
Strong knowledge of and solid experience in:
- Infrastructure Stack (operating systems, virtualization, image creation, deployment, scripts, and
management toolkit) based on Windows, MacOS, Linux and Android and iOS technologies.
- Active Directory (setting up and maintaining domains, trees, forests, trusts, groups, users, etc.),
LDAP and GPO.
- Antivirus management (based on IBM/Trend Micro).
- Patching Management (based on WSUS/IBM).
- Mobile Device Management (Intune, Knox).
- Office 365, including collaborative tools (Exchange/Outlook, Teams and SharePoint).
- ServiceNow.
- Service Management (based on the ITIL method).
- Asset Management (based on the ITIL method).
Basic knowledge of:
- TCP/IP networks, routing, VLANs, DNS and DHCP.
Language skills:
- French and / or Dutch: a very good knowledge of one of these 2 languages, both spoken and
written, and ideally at least a good passive knowledge of the other one.
- English: at least a good knowledge, both spoken and written.

- Strong team spirit and collaboration
