C. COMMENTS / RECOMMENDATIONS

1. What outstanding attributes, technical or personal, does the trainee possess in getting the job done?
The intern demonstrates a strong ability to learn quickly and has a solid understanding of technical
aspects related to Building Information Modeling. Additionally, he consistently pays close attention to
detail in all the tasks assigned to him by the team.

2. What do you think are the trainee’s developmental needs, both technical and personal?
In order to readily understand any project assigned to him, it is important for him to engage in practical
application of the topics he learned during the internship program. By actively practicing and applying his
knowledge, he will enhance his ability to comprehend and tackle various assignments effectively.

3. Other comments and recommendations.


The intern would benefit from familiarizing themselves with other essential software commonly employed
in the BIM industry, such as Civil 3D. By doing so, he can apply the knowledge acquired during his civil and
sanitary engineering studies and gain practical experience in utilizing these software tools.
