Executive Summary

This document contains the details of the additional work activities done by [COMPANY] for
[PROJECT] enhancement. This would explain the detailed methodology that [COMPANY]
implemented to the building to fulfill the requirements presented by the client.

Schedule of activities done by [COMPANY] is also included in this document including costs
for all scope rendered.

New Methodology of Installation of Aluminum Composite Panel

As requested by the client, [COMPANY] implemented new methodology of installing the


aluminum panels to give way for waterproofing of walls. The said request was given to
[COMPANY] after original contract and scope of work was awarded to [COMPANY], and thus
was not considered on the original contract price.

I. Check elevation and plumbness of the structure.

II. Layout of framing structure


A. Put markings on building structure
B. Vertical markings done via rod installed from top to bottom through a nylon
string while horizontal markings are installed from right to left.

III. Installation of Sub-Frame


A. Assemble aluminum sub-framing
B. Drill a hole at the structure where the bolt is
C. Install the assembled aluminum sub-framing.
D. Fasten nuts on the bolt as fixing from angle bracket to horizontal and vertical
framing.

IV. Dismantling of installed sub-framing to give way for waterproofing of wall


A. Loosen the nuts from all the bolts.
B. Take out the aluminum sub-framing and label it.
C. Bring the nuts back and put masking tape on nuts and bolt to protect from
waterproofing and paints.
D. Hauling and storage of assembled aluminum sub-framing.

V. Reinstallation of aluminum sub-framing after waterproofing


A. Checking of bolts and cutting of masking tape with paints.
B. Hauling and installation of aluminum sub-framing
C. Checking of blind rivets and fasten additional blind rivets due to multiple
handling of assembled aluminum sub-framing.
VI. Fabrication of panel
A. First, lay the panel into the fabrication table and make sure that the table is
clean, no dirt so that the panel will not be scratched.
B. Mark the location of router groove.
C. After grooving, fold the four sides of the panel for the preparation of bracket.
D. Put brackets at the panel for fixing at the vertical and horizontal sub-framing.

VII. Fabrication of panel


A. First, lay the panel into the fabrication table and make sure that the table is

Original Methodology vs. New Methodology

On the original contract, the activities considered are items I, II, III, VI, VII and VIII. Activities
under Item IV and V are only considered during the installation to give way for waterproofing
the walls. The enumerated activities on the above methodology are scheduled and
completed by [COMPANY] and thus incurred additional costs, particularly on labor and
materials.

Schedule of Activities with Costs

A detailed schedule of activities done by [COMPANY] presented on succeeding pages to


show all actions, including time, days, manpower and costs. This will show the total time,
manpower and labor costs for the project.
