Description:

AMERISAFE insurance insurance undertaking a major Customer Centricity Program called Customer
Suite Auto, Home, Boat, Motorcycle, Recreational Vehicle, Inland Marine, Dwelling Fire, Umbrella,
Medicare Supplement, Life, Annuity policies, and Disability Income. Other policy types
(Business/Commercial Policies, Full Circle Life, and other Health Insurance) which brings new
platforms and services. “P&C Claims Transformation” (the Program) is one of the initiatives as part
of the CONNECT program. The program aims to implement an enhanced claims solution, Guidewire
(GW) Claim Center (CC), to improve the speed and efficiency of claims processing. The program
will cover 6 counties for Motor, Commercial and Lifestyle LOB’s

Roles and Responsibilities

My contribution in the project consists of
 Identifying most common business transactions in production for Smart Energy Vitality
management
 Preparing scripts using Load Runner Web Http/Html protocol
 Involved in Preparation of performance Test plan document
 Executed performance test runs by simulating Load, Ramp-up, Stress, Capacity and when
possible Enterprise volumes against agreed upon non-functional end-user requirements
 Monitor performance and utilization of infrastructure components
 Responsible for handling the client communication throughout the test cycle.
 Report/track performance test defects
 providing the detailed Interim reports to the stake holders on a periodic basis

Description: Remote Banking is one of the most important modern banking services enabling the
customer to make payments from any place in the world and at any time via a PC, fixed or mobile
phone. The main focused modules are Accounts, Administrator, loans and Services. The services
contain money transfer, stop check payment, mini statement, balance inquiry and my mails.

Responsibilities:

 Perform Performance testing of the applications by generating scripts using Load Runner Web
Http/Html and Web services protocols.
 Understand the project's goals and objectives (Features & Sub Features)
 Preparation of different cycles in test plan according to the Requirements in the projects.
 Executed performance test runs of load test, Stress test, Endurance test and DB Failover test
and when possible Enterprise volumes against agreed upon non-functional end-user
requirements
 Monitor performance and utilization of infrastructure components and response times also.
 On call monitoring the Execution in controller.
 Report/track performance test defects
 Providing the Interim reports after the each and every cycle execution.
 Observing the performance monitors like CPU& memory utilizations, Throughput, Queue
length, thread Count, Hits per sec, Response times during testing.
