Task
Sweet Treats, a specialist chocolate manufacturer, is visiting a confectionary
retailer, Chocolate Box. Take one of the roles below and introduce yourself to
the people in the other company. Greet people from the other company after
they introduce themselves or their colleague.
A Company name: Chocolate Box
Job Title: Senior Buyer
Comment: You are very interested in Sweet Treats’ products. You saw
them last week at a food fair. Introduce yourself and let
your guests respond. Introduce your CEO.
B Company name: Chocolate Box
Job Title: CEO
Comment: You are looking for new chocolate ranges. Say how
pleased you are that your senior buyer found them.
Welcome the chocolate manufacturers.
C Company Name: Sweet Treats
Job Title: CEO
Comment: Shake hands with the CEO and respond. You would be
delighted to work with such a well-respected high street
store. Introduce yourself and your Head Chocolatier.
D Company name: Sweet Treats
Job Title: Head Chocolatier
Comment: You would be excited to develop a unique range for
Chocolate Box. Shake hands with the CEO and Head Buyer
and greet them.
