The class will be divided into two groups. This

will be the group 2. Each group will select their
leader and prepare a short yell.

leader. The two leader will receive an envelope
that contains a rumbled pictures all you need to
do is to arranged the pictures and after you
arranged you will paste it on the board and
shout your short yell.

Our lesson for today is all about Fermented
Fruit Juice.
What Comes to your mind when you hear the Fermentation is the process in which
word Fermentation? a substance breaks down into a
simpler substance. Microorganisms
like yeast and bacteria usually play a

Fermented Fruit Juice is made from sweet ripe


fruit, vegetable fruit or root crops that are
thoroughly blended or chop into small pieces
and mix with crude sugar or molasses and
stored for a short period of time in dry shaded
place with room temperature.

Now, let’s discuss the uses and rate of


application of FFJ and steps in making
Fermented Fruit Juice.

Uses and rates of application of Fermented Fruit Juice

 As flower inducer and fruit setter.


 As soil microorganism activity accelerator
 As spray to animal beddings to hasten manure
decomposition
 As a nutritious drink

Materials needed in making Fermented Fruit Juice


(Potassium Factor)
 Plastic pail
 1kg molasses
 Manila Paper
 Rubber String
 1 kg of any ripe fruit trees, or vegetable fruit
may also be used.
 Wooden ladle
 Small piece of net
 Thumb size stone

Steps in making Fermented Fruit Juice (Potassium

 Wear complete PPE, Apron, hairnet, Gloves,
Face Mask.
 Prepare all the materials needed.
 Measure 1kg of ripe banana then slice it into
small pieces.
 Put 1 kg slice banana in a pail and add 1kg of
molasses
 Mix thoroughly and make sure that all sliced
banana are coated with molasses
 Cover with net and put at least 5 stones.
 Cover the pail with the manila paper and place
a string around it.
 Label the pail and write the dates of processing
and harvesting in masking tape.
 Store in dry, shaded with room temperature.

3. Synthesis / Summary
FFJ is made from sweet ripe fruits, fruit
vegetables and root crops. These are
thoroughly blended or chop in small pieces,
crude sugar or molasses and stored for a
short period of time, The fermented plant
extract is applied to the plants to promote
flowering and fruit setting.

4. Generalization

What have you learned? Alright! Bring out your


notebook class and you will write three learning
that you’ve gained from our lesson for today. I
will give you 10 minutes to do that.

In same group you will choose 3 representative to
make fermented fruit juice.

Procedure:
1. Wear complete PPE, Apron, hairnet, Gloves,
Face Mask.
2. Prepare all the materials needed.
3. Measure 1kg of ripe banana then slice it into
small pieces.
4. Put 1 kg slice banana in a pail and add 1kg of
molasses
5. Mix thoroughly and make sure that all sliced

6. Cover with net and put at least 5 stones.
7. Cover the pail with the manila paper and place
a string around it.
8. Label the pail and write the dates of possessing
and harvesting in masking tape.
