My name is Alison Logue, and I am writing to be considered as a teacher candidate in your district. I recently
graduated from Dakota State University with a bachelor's in Mathematics Education and Mathematics
Information Systems. I also have a chemistry and a K-12 Classroom Technology endorsement. I am excited to
begin my career as an educator.

My skills, teaching philosophy, and experience have prepared me to be an exceptional teacher for your district. I
excel in mathematics and chemistry content knowledge and pedagogical approaches that are proven effective
with 7-12 students. I have strengths in organization, leadership, and innovation. I am passionate about
promoting the holistic growth of students. My coursework at DSU has prepared me to equip students with an
attitude of lifelong learning as I provide them with a foundational understanding of mathematical concepts
complemented by relevant technology integration and literacy. I am also interested in being involved in
extracurricular roles in your district to support students in developing every aspect of themselves.
