VIRTUAL ASSISTANT ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Brand Introduction:
Anfield Business Consultants: New and/or struggling managers who want to create a high-
performing team environment and develop their own leadership skills
We will be using a Facebook group funnel to get people buying into our BOOST Leadership
Coaching Program.
The top-of-funnel strategy will be organic SMM to grow our group.

Expectations:
-Daily reporting on activities, progress
-Open communication on challenges

Roles:
-Prospect on Fb as self, through my business page, and as me
-Manager of group funnel pipeline

Responsibilities:
-Ramp to achieve KPIs on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
-Take ownership and initiative over how and where to prospect for group members
-Move prospects through the GroupTrack pipeline to the call booking phase
-Monitor activity within the group, reaching out to prospects who interact with our content to
progress them further through the pipeline. THIS REQUIRES COMPETENT ENGLISH
LANGUAGE WRITTEN SKILLS AS YOU ARE REPRESENTING OUR BRAND!!

Tasks:
-Organic social media marketing
-creating content for posting outside of our group into groups we strategically join (starter
content will be provided)
-Fb, IG
-Hashtag research
-Growth of followers
-Using Canva to create images for posts

-Group growth - #1 PRIORITY


-Friending/adding to list/inviting to group
-Researching and joining relevant groups where our target audience lives
-Prospecting to bring in new group members
-Call booking
-Starting conversations with all new group members to identify qualified prospects (script
provided)
-Booking calls and following up with leads via messenger/email (starter script provided)
-Daily KPI tracking
-Worksheet provided

Post strategy in LinkedIn Groups Long form only in 50 groups per day (content and
schedule provided)
Monitoring LinkedIn Group activity as “me” for likes, comments etc. to show my profile as
active
Monitor Viewed my Profile to see if a potential lead and use DM tools (script provided),
connecting tools to engage
Monitor my DM’s and reply as me if prospect using a defined DM script

Website
Monitor all activity inquiries
Increase SEO to improve positioning and traffic

CONTENT EDITING
Videos, graphics, closed captioning, professionalize my video recordings to make them
more compelling
Using Loom for Videos or other platform

YouTube Monetization
Creating Thumbnails, posting of clips I upload, going through the posting steps
Outreach to maximize monetization
