class
 Names: Emma, Maggie, Ayo
Group Discussion Questions About Classes and Studying

Step 1: Assign the following roles in your group.

1. Main Scribe*: Everyone will need to turn in their own work for safety reasons, but the
main scribe will make sure everyone is having time to write and express in words.
2. Main Presenter*: Be the first person to present your section so others in your group can
make notes.
3. Stay on Tract/Question asker*: This person should keep the group on task and ask
probing questions. (if you only have 2 people you can share this responsibility)

Step 2: As a group, separate the assignment into 2-3 parts so you don’t have to complete
everything on your own! Read through your assigned section and answer the questions. Once
your group mates are finished, take turns presenting your section so you can complete the
entire assignment. Your main goal is to explain to your fellow students what would be the most
helpful to them. Not what you think I might want to read later. 

Step 3: WRAPUP Each group will have 1 minute to present the most valuable thing they learned
and how they plan to implement this over the next week. When you are listening, take notes
and fill in any missing pieces on your assignment. Submit your completed assignment to Day 5
assignment in Canvas. If you miss class, you can complete the sections on your own and turn
into Canvas or on Day 6.
