    Dear Engr. Caning:

    Good day!

    Thank you very much for conducting the Joint Inspection of unit 4 of Juanabel Building attended
    by representatives of your Office and the Fire Department and my representatives, Eng Teresita
    Gonzales and Salvacion Servidad.

    We received the findings of the Joint Inspection conducted last October 26, 2023. Attached to
    this letter is the report from the Naga City Fire Department of their findings.

    To comply with the recommendations of both offices we will install a fire wall (CHB wall)
    between units 3 and 4. This fire wall, which will be constructed from the floor to the ceiling of
    unit 4 is the device that corrects all the electrical wires that goes thru unit 3 and unit 4
