12 policemen were charged in


San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan on
August of 2020, due to killing
TRUTH drug suspects who allegedly
fought back to the authorities.
Later on it was revealed that the
buy bust operation was
fabricated.

In San Jose Del Monte, there were


hundreds of previous and ongoing
cases of rape and sexual assault,
particularly in women, which is the
Liberty highest in the province of Bulacan. It is
one of the alarming issues inside the city,
but somehow is always being neglected
and forgotten. Due to this, women
cannot exercise their freedom, given
that their safety is being compromised.

During the pandemic, there were


incidents wherein some barangays
received more aid or "ayuda" and earlier
than other areas due to some peculiar
IMPARTIALITY reasons. It became an issue of
corruption in some areas before. This is
considered an unfair treatment because
all areas suffered just the same during
those times.

There are more than enough private


college schools in San Jose del Monte.
Provision of However, there are only few public
rights colleges and university that offers free
tuition fee for the indigent residents of
the area. The right to access affordable
education is not exercised due to limited
services and resources.

San Roque, a barangay in San Jose Del


Monte, and FCPC's adopted community,
Fulfillment of is a rather remote area where access to
basic needs basic needs and help is not an easy task
to attain, resulting to continuous poverty
and not being able to fulfill the basic
needs of its residents.
