Warm Greetings!
President Manuel A. Roxas Memorial School – North will be conducting its 31 st Foundation Day
Celebration. Foundation Day is one of the important events in our school calendar, and we believe that it
provides a valuable opportunity for our pupils, parents and teachers to come together and celebrate our
school community. We are planning a range of activities for this celebration, including special assembly
and cultural performances.
In order to ensure that these activities run smoothly and safely, we the undersigned would like to
ask permission from your good office to hold the following activities in celebration of our upcoming
Foundation Day:
1. Funrun – February 25, 2023
2. Play Ground Demonstration – March 4, 2023
3. Run Way at Robinson’s Mall – March 12, 2023
4. Coronation Day for our Mr. and Ms. P.M.R.M.S – North – March 25, 2023

We assure you that we will take all necessary precautions to ensure the safety and well-being of
all the attendees especially of our pupils, we will adhere to all relevant health and safety guidelines.

We believe that these activities will be positive and memorable experience for our pupils, and we
