“DEFINE ME”
Instructions:
The teacher will divide the class into four.
Each group will pick a white envelope.
Inside the envelope there are different parts of Arguments.
The students will define the assigned parts of Arguments in a creative way base
on their preference. (ACRONYM, Broadcasting,Talk Show, etc.)

2. Identify the parts of an arguments in your essay.
__C__1. It should either seek to change how the audience thinks or how the audience acts.
__E__2. This is usually a main idea, often called a “claim” or “thesis
statement,” backed up with evidence that supports the idea.
__B__3. It is the central idea of your paragraph or essay and should appear in the first sentence.
__A__4. This is something that has at least two sides, an idea that can be debated

VI. Agreement Search the different types of arguments according to reasoning based on evidence and
