Description:

This app lesson will develop first grade students’ math skills by allowing them to learn
and further their addition skills.

Instructional Objective:

Students will be able to use multiple addition apps to reinforce their addition skills
learned in the classroom.

Step 1 Content-Based or Skill-Based App: Students will be able to play addition games
on Starfall.

Step 2 Content-Based or Skill-Based App: Students will be able to complete Units 1 and
2 in the First Grade Math section on Khan Academy.

Students would not need to show or submit anything to me because I would be able to
see from my teacher view of Khan Academy.

Students would not have to show me anything because I would be able to see from the teacher
view in IXL. As long as students complete the assignments, I will be able to see them and give
them the grade that they deserve.
