Terms and Conditions:


Payment Terms:
A deposit of 20% ($65,570) is due upon acceptance of this work order. The deposit payment should
be made within 10 business days of the work order acceptance date. The remaining balance will be due upon
completion of the project. Construct Corp will issue an invoice for the final payment, which is expected to
be paid within 30 days of the project completion date. Payment can be made by cash, check, or bank
transfer. Construct Corp will provide the necessary payment details.

Schedule:
Construction is expected to commence on August 05, 2057, and complete within 10 months unless
otherwise specified. The start date is subject to the timely acquisition of permits and necessary approvals.
Any changes to the agreed-upon schedule will be communicated promptly between Construct Corp and the
client. Both parties will make reasonable efforts to accommodate any required adjustments to the timeline.

Change Orders:
Any changes or additions to the project scope must be requested in writing and approved by both
parties. Construct Corp will provide a detailed cost estimate and timeline adjustment for the proposed
change order. Additional costs resulting from approved change orders will be agreed upon separately and
added to the total project cost.

Permits and Inspections:


Construct Corp will obtain the necessary permits for the project as local and state regulations require.
The client agrees to provide all necessary documentation and cooperation to facilitate permit acquisition.
The client agrees to grant access to the construction site for inspections by relevant authorities as required
throughout the construction process. Construct Corp will schedule and coordinate these inspections to ensure
building codes and regulations compliance.

Insurance:
Construct Corp carries general liability insurance, workers' compensation insurance, and any other
necessary insurance as required by law. The client is responsible for maintaining appropriate insurance
coverage for the project site and any additional structures or improvements, including but not limited to
property insurance and liability insurance.

Warranty:
Construct Corp provides a 1-year warranty on workmanship and materials from completion. This
warranty covers defects from improper workmanship or faulty materials under normal use and conditions.
The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper use, negligence, accidents, acts of nature, or any
modifications or alterations made to the completed project without prior written consent from Construct
Corp.

Termination:
The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper use, negligence, accidents, acts of nature,
or any modifications or alterations made to the completed project without prior written consent from
Construct Corp. In case of termination, the client will be responsible for compensating Construct Corp for
completed work and any additional costs incurred due to the termination. Construct Corp will provide an
itemized account of completed work and associated costs to facilitate fair settlement.
