Estimate for storm leakage in August 2019. Initial survey shows leak entering through breached chimney cap and damaged flashing.
The following estimate is for internal damage only and does not include mitigation for the external leak. It would be advisable to repair
the roof damage before completing any repairs on the internal structure.
