Minutes of Board Meeting

November 5, 2023

The Stonewood P.O.A. Board met November 5, 2023, at Lynda Hicklin’s house. The
following Board members were in attendance:

Jennifer Moore Randy Collins Cynthia Green

Bob provided an update on the collection of maintenance fees. Payments have been
coming in at close to the normal rate. No serious collection problems are expected.

Several items were discussed regarding the proposed new entrance signs:

 Based on the site plan we have for the Hearthstone entrance, there is very little
likelihood of our being able to place a sign at the Greystone entrance in the
preferred location, which would be near Crossover. Lacking an alternative
location, the Board decided that no sign will be placed at this entrance.
 Bob will contact Bates Engineering to let them know we will not be needing them
to prepare a site plan for the Greystone entrance.
 Lynda is going to contract our city council member, Scott Berna, to find out who
with the City we need to meet with so we can discuss our questions and
concerns about the location of the sign at Hearthstone and the completion of the
sign application.
 Bob will go through the online sign application to identify the questions we might
have.
 Bob will contact Matt Snow of Signature Stone to let him know that we will only
be doing one sign and that the sign’s maximum dimensions cannot exceed 32
square feet.

Lynda is going to contact Steven Vowell, a former Board member and attorney, to
find out what would be involved in getting the common areas transferred from
Dunnerstock Development to our P.O.A.

Lynda and Bill Taylor will get with First Security Bank to have Bill added to our
signature card.
