Philosophy in My philosophy in teaching physical education is simple. Understand the
Teaching pedagogy and embodied its foundation in every aspect of teaching.
Teaching and learning at the same time fosters the students to be better in
what they are doing. Becoming literate isn't enough to come up with
diverse of learners but it requires passion and integrity, because a good
teacher with good actions always have a strategy and tools to be equipped
in his/her everyday lesson. Thus, Pe teacher nowadays should be
physically ,mentally enthusiast in this new modern times.

COMMENTS on the Lesson Plan

The
objective clearly demonstrate the important aspects that the students
Objectives should learn. It is also clear and attainable goals for the students to
achieve. The objective ensured that the students obtain well-rounded
comprehension of fitness testing.
Video
analysis is a great introduction activity, as it helps create an engaging and
Introductory dynamic learning environment. However, for me, it would be better if the
Activity/Motivational introduction activity involved body movement. I believe that when the
Activity body is in motion, students will have more energy and will be more
attentive in class. Nevertheless, video analysis is also good as it captures
the students' attention.

The flow
of the lesson plan is well-organized, and all contribute to the holistic and
effective learning of the students. In the first part of the lesson plan, the
Lesson Proper/Flow of teacher included a review, providing a brief recap of their previous
the Lesson lesson, which is a good step to help their students remember what was
taught and connect it to the upcoming discussion. There were also
individual and group activities that greatly helped students understand
the lesson. I can say that the students experienced holistic development.
In his evaluation, he included both individual and group activities. In the
individual activity, they determined the amount of formal and informal
Evaluation/ exercise that they perform on a regular basis. The group activity appears
Assessment to involve peer learning and provides an opportunity for students to
teach each other. This evaluation has been more helpful for a broader
understanding of the lesson for the students.
