exclusion from social circles, which can further exacerbate their feelings of isolation and self-esteem.

2. LACK OF SOCIAL GRACES

The absence of social graces can contribute to an unpleasant or awkward atmosphere in social settings. This may lead to a
decrease in the number of friends or connections an individual has. This, in turn, can impact their overall sense of self-worth
and self-esteem. Additionally, isolation can lead to increased risk of mental health issues and loneliness.

3. BAD POSTURE
Having a bad posture can impact a person's overall appearance, resulting in a less confident demeanor. Proper posture helps
boost self-esteem and confidence, contributing to a more positive and assertive attitude.

4. FILTHY SURROUNDINGS
Living in an environment with filthy surroundings can have significant effects on one's image and physical health. The most
evident impact is the harm to the skin. The exposure to filth, pollution, and dust can cause various skin issues like rashes,
irritation, and allergies.

5. INTENSE CRAVING FOR FOOD

The intense craving for food, often referred to as hunger, can have a profound impact on an individual's self-image and
physical health. When a person is experiencing hunger, it is not uncommon for them to turn to unhealthy food options as a
quick and convenient source of calories and nutrients. These unhealthy choices can contribute to a negative self-image, as they
may perceive themselves as lacking self-control or making poor choices.

Cigarette smoking can negatively impact lung function, heart health, and mental well-being. Exposure to secondhand smoke
can also lead to health issues for non-smokers. Using a mobile phone while smoking is another matter. Although it is important
to maintain attention on safety while using a mobile phone, there are fewer known risks associated with this behavior.
However, the combination of smoking and mobile phone use could potentially increase the risk of dropping or breaking a
mobile phone due to lack of concentration.

4. A YOUNG WOMAN WEARING WHITE SHIRT AND JEANS WITH AN OVERSIZE BAG

good academic performance, I would focus on preparing well for the upcoming examinations and avoid last-minute rushes.
This approach will ensure that I maintain my grades while completing the project within the deadline. Additionally, I would
consider discussing the project requirements with my professor to seek guidance and support, ensuring a successful outcome
for both the project and examinations.
