 Pray together before start the learning
process
 Teacher check students’ attendance
 Teacher tells about what will we learn in
today’s meeting by saying "Today we are
going to learn about Procedure Text".
 Teacher telling the objectives of learning

Stage 1  Teacher gives a brief explanation about the 5 minutes


function of procedure text related to students’
life
 Teacher shows some pictures of foods and ask
students "have you ever make/cook one of
this food?"
 Students are given explanations and examples
of the text discussed

Stage 2  Teacher explains about the social function, 7 minutes


generic structure, and language features of
procedure text.
 Teacher gives an example of procedure text
about how to make a fried rice and analyze
the generic structure of the text together.

Stage 3 Students practice by all the things they have 10 minutes


understood in the previous stage using a worksheet
and divided students in to small group.

Feedback & Follow Teacher gives students homework to write a 3 minutes


Up procedure text about how to cook their favorite food
and collect in the next meeting
