A. Adverd Explanation
Adverbs or adverbs in English, once again, are one of the important parts used to
provide additional information to a verb, adjective or other adverb. Adverbs help us better
understand how, where, when, to what extent, and how often an action occurs.
In English, adverbs are “one of the four main classes of words, along with nouns, verbs,
and adjectives.” This means that adverbs can be paired with nouns, verbs and adjectives.
Usually we use adverbs to clarify the word in front of it or clarify the adverb itself. In
sentences, we can find adverbs in words that end in -ly. Examples of adverbs include
clearly, quickly, locally, and so on. On the other hand, there are some adverbs that do not
have the ending -ly.
Adverbs can enrich sentences. As mentioned above, adverbs are an important part
that provides additional information about the way, place, time, frequency and extent to
which an action occurs. Adverbs are the key that can clarify the meaning of a sentence, and
even clarify our intentions when communicating.
