Terms & conditions

 Payment Schedule of the finished work should be done on a weekly basis.

 All the required material (tiles, cement, manufactured sand) should be
provided by the owner/builder in the parking area (Should be less than 50
ft from lift/ staircase area. In case if transportation distance is increased,
additional transportation charges will be added per running feet.
 Standing charges will be charged 900/ per unskilled labour and 1500 /maestri
in case of material unavailability, lack of electricity or any other case
which is not related to labour contractor.
 Shelter area and water for labour will be provided by the owner/builder.
