I have learned a lot in each of the videos, especially being ambitious in terms of achieving success.

It
helps us motivate ourselves to work harder, and it teaches us to learn from the mistakes that we made
rather than give up.

First, Jollibee’s success was brought by their hard work and perseverance; this reflects us aspiring
entrepreneurs who are willing to take risks despite not knowing where our efforts will lead. Similar to
starting entrepreneurs, Tony also worked hard to achieve the success that he has now.

Henry Sy Sr. shows entrepreneurs who are creative in finding opportunities, given that it does not
come in a silver plate. The documentary reflects upcoming entrepreneurs who are not that fortunate but
have the determination to be successful. The lesson I can surely learn from this is about focusing on the
hardships and reality of life and using this to uplift one’s soul.

Jack Ma’s documentary reflects those people who do not give up easily yet think that these are
stepping stones towards success. These are people who are passionate about what they are doing and
interested in learning more things that will help them succeed.

Lastly, the video about Frito mirrors the ones who are innovative and focused on their goals.

Question 2:

Definitely, because it teaches us that lots of mistakes are not barriers to pushing us forward; it
motivates us aspiring entrepreneurs to make sacrifices, work hard, and take risks that may affect us
positively or negatively. This motivation enhances us to be more passionate and patient; it pushes us to
try and try until we become.
