FACTS OF THE CASE:

Investigation disclosed that on the above stated TDPO, on November 25, 2023, a
motorcycle driven by Jose Romel Cinco was in an accident in Tambo-an, Carmen, Bohol. The
motorcycle is going to north. Sheena P. Magdangal, who is the victim, moved to the opposite lane
to get on a tricycle, but at that time, she did not notice that there was a motorcycle on the other
lane at a high speed, and suddenly the driver hit the victim, fleeing and bumping hear head into
the road, causing a head injury. While waiting for rescue, a nurse, an employee of one of the
hospitals in Carmen, and one of the residents in Tambo-an, Carmen, Bohol tried to revive her.

As a result, the victim had a severe head injury that cause to haemorrhage. When the
rescuer arrived, they rushed her to Cong. Simeon G. Toribio Memorial Hospital for treatment,
but were declared dead-on-arrival (DOA) by the medical physician. The driver of the motorcycle
got some scratches and injuries. He voluntarily surrenders himself to the police authority.
DISPOSITION:

For appropriate filling of charge before Carmen Prosecutor’s Office.
