I am happy to announce that our step-by-step oil change guide has been a big help to our customers and
their families. They all enjoyed how easy the oil change was to do and didn’t seem daunting and that
they needed to go to a shop and spend all this extra money in labor.
Yet we did get some reviews on our guide. The customers said that the information in the guide was
simple and easy to understand yet we need to do better with the color of the guide making the pictures
easier to see so the instructions flow with the pictures.
Moving forward, we need to work on adding better pictures and better color to the guide as well as
make the flow of the websites better and the photos cleaner. I will attach the new ideas that we have for
the guide into this email so that you and the team can figure out which direction we want to go with
this.
