An authorization letter shall be issued as per MTCO letter
1445/MTCO/153 issued on 20-11-2023 – Attached- to coordinate with NASJV 27-11-23
the related stalk holders.
MTCO shall be notified about the material approvals status and the
NASJV 28-11-23
hydraulic calculations report.
MTCO shall submit a proposed shop drawing compiling to the
discussed chambers arrangement ,NWC guidelines and applicable MTCO 27-11-23
routing to have the consultant`s approval first then NWC approval will
be secured either by the consultant “If applicable” or by MTCO.
The chambers arrangement will be as follows :
1-Air valve chamber at the beginning of the line respecting the line
profile. MTCO-
2-Gate valve chamber after 5 meters. NASJV
3-Flow meter chamber just outside the project`s fence.
4-Flow control valve chamber inside the project`s fence.
A trial bit to confirm the feeder pipe diameter and level will be the first
MTCO -
task for MTCO once they secured the related approvals
The material purchasing process will start directly after the approvals

NASJV confirmed that the previously shared MOM dated 21-10-2022 -
NASJV
with SIO is the last MOM regarding this project.
As per the latest coordination cycle with NWC/SIO the branch pipe

diameter will be DI DN250 according to the design flow of 3000 NASJV
m3/day, max. velocity of .7 m/s and all fitting swill be PN16.
