Directions: Students must pop the balloons up front in order to
discover the picture. After all the balloons had popped, the picture
will appear, and the learners will guess its meaning. Afterward, the
students will fill in the letters that are missing according to the
clues provided.

Once upon a time, in a small town called Fatima, there was a little
fat cat named Catty. She always loves to wander. One day, she
sees herself heading towards a man wearing a cap and carrying
big bag. He pulled out some jam and a can. The little fat cat felt
hungry and went towards him; however, the man only gave her the
hat then sent her away. The hungry little fat cat - now with a hat -
sat on a mat and then saw a rat. The little fat cat chased the rat,
and the rat fell into a trap. However, the little fat cat helped the rat
and did not eat him.
Guide Questions:
1. Who are the characters of the story?
2. What is the story all about?
3. What have you observed in the story?
Ask:
What are the objects that you can find inside Detective
Catty’s room? State them.
