Conducted rope shift during break time because Flap end is Not touch down completely.
Vessel can be shifted by rope as per usual procedure after got approval from Port captain.
Cared following points at this time in our vessel.

1. Dispatched 1 Third officer in the berth to check the position. (Advised master's intention)
2. Picked up Stern ramp about 1 m above the berth.
3. Slacked / Heaved in each lines as per usual procedure.
4. The master may consider that the distance to the berth can be reduced by also
Swing of heading to Stb'd side.

It was completed within10-15 mins from pick up of ramp to set back in position.
